There will be emotions here, extremely positive ones!🤗 An amazing hotel, I would venture to say that it is one of the best in Bukhara. Stylish, fresh, modern, with a cool design outside of the tourist cliches. I liked everything (98% :) - glass elevators, a wonderful view of the park from the balcony, I always wanted to take pictures in the lobby)). The attitude of the staff is also at the highest level. We arrived early and the reception was accommodating, organizing early check-in without additional payment, thanks to which we did not have to wait until check-in time and we were able to relax after the trip. Breakfast, oh my God, a million options to eat, for every, most picky taste! Our only regret was that we only had one night at the hotel. I strongly recommend and recommend, the Wyndham Bukhara hotel fully lives up to the famous name of this brand. The room could have been more spacious, but this is nitpicking)).

The room is not big, but it is quite nice. The spa center is on the basement floor. It is free to use. You need to make an appointment at least 45 minutes in advance. There are separate massage bathtubs, Turkish baths, and saunas. They are very clean and comfortable! I also had a massage because it was not expensive. The technique was very average and could not be compared with those in China, Thailand or other Southeast Asian countries.

The hotel is quite new, outside the ancient city, but there was a power outage in the room late at night...

Stayed for another day. The hotel is located in the new city of Bukhara, about 10 minutes by taxi from the old city. The hotel staff is warm and thoughtful, the room is spacious and comfortable, the facilities are complete, and the breakfast is rich in variety. Overall, it is worth staying!

It's hard to describe. The check-in experience is like a thorn in the throat. Every link is not bad, but it's just not comfortable. For example, I waited for 30 minutes to check in. I don't know why I couldn't find the order. The only thing the staff could do was to refresh the computer. It feels like all the staff are out of their minds. There is hot water in the room, but the water pressure and temperature are very unstable, sometimes 55 degrees and sometimes 20 degrees. Complaints are fruitless. In the minds of hotel staff, this is not a big deal. Giving a pair of slippers and the quilt is too narrow to cover the bed are not worth mentioning. If you mention it, you will seem hypocritical and small-minded. I thought that chain hotels are guaranteed to have at least 70 points, but it's childish and barely passed.

The hotel environment and food are both good. It's very close to the old town, 1.2km away, and a taxi cost 7,000 soums. The outdoor swimming pool is closed in the fall. The room has a Chinese socket for convenience.

The room is very good, quiet and clean, and the service is considerate. The only problem is that the bathtub leaks and you have to stand in the bathtub to shower. But that seems to be the case here. Overall good. Sleep peacefully.

This is a brand new hotel, everything is new, the rooms are clean, the front desk service is very good, check in and check out are silky smooth. Bukhara is not big. From the hotel to any scenic spot, you can get there quickly by taking a taxi. Next to the hotel is a park in the middle of the street, which is very comfortable for walking at night, and there are also restaurants. All in all, it deserves five-star standards and service.
