Family run. Centrally located. Off road parking. Very quiet B&B. Builth Wells Golf Course just a 2 minute drive away. Nice pub called The Greyhound down the road that also does accommodation and pub food. People very friendly in the area and quite a relaxed atmosphere everywhere. The small shopping centre has a variety of shops if you want the odd thing you require. Not recommended if you have mobility problems.

We had the most amazing stay at the villa. It is run by a lovely couple (Eileen & Martin) who welcomed us into their home and made us feel like one of their own. A true home from home experience. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean and a stones throw away from the centre. We were attending the 'No bull just beer and bikes festival' as my husband was performing with a band on the final evening, so the location of the villa was perfect. Our hosts were warm, attentive and very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious with all fresh, locally sourced produce. I just wanted to finish by saying thank you both, we will definitely be back next year. Cath & Bob.

We spent the day visiting the Elan Valley visitor centre and reservoirs and we stayed at Erris Villa. Eileen and Martin were wonderful hosts and the B and B was first class. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone visiting the area.

This B & B is surely one of the best in Wales, first class accommodation and food only bettered by most friendly mine host. Will certainly visit again on our trip through Wales. Ease of parking and access to local shops is another bonus plus the beautiful area.

Perfect hosts. Beautiful home and can’t wait to return again and again. Eileen and Martin are lovely and go above and beyond what you’d expect. Builth wells is a beautiful unspoilt part of mid wales. Simply beautiful
