The San Anton Hotel

We arrived and all was well till we entered our room which looked like a hostel. The TV was not working, the connection behind the tv was bare , the beds were awful as my friend injured her back falling though the bed. The night staff was a maintenance man which we didn’t know so we complain to him about the TV not working first and foremost. He went to get a new control. Try to open up another room couldn’t get access to the other room which I thought was strange then told us he would come back 45 minutes later. We went back downstairs. He had gone home and left us another reception. Staff took control and moved us to another room saying that the manager will be in contact in the morning to sort out the fact that my friend fell through the bed and injured her back. The TV was not working. The bathroom was awful. It was disgusting. We managed to get through the night known for where we gonna be. Woke up early in the morning to catch our flights, we tried to speak to the receptionist who said that he could not locate the manager Kait or Jackie. We explained the situation he assured us to get in contact with us and rectify the situation by giving us a refund. we’ve come home now got through to ******* and the hotel are playing that they don’t understand. They’re not acknowledging the situation but yet my friend has a doctors note we have pictures of everything do not go to this hotel if you want to experience a good night if you want something really cheap and accommodating we only put this hotel because the Bora Bora hotel we stayed in we had to do an extra night and they were quite expensive so we thought we’d go around the corner and we thought we was getting a deal for one night, but it was the worst deal ever it was horrible. There were spiders on the floor crawling around. It was disgusting. Do not go to that hotel they don’t they don’t take accountability the TVs do not work so if we was there for more than two days, I think I would’ve screamed. We just couldn’t wait to get out of there
