This is the worst kip I have ever stayed in. How it even gets a star rating is beyond belief. The place is filthy. Run down so called Irish Bar, the Molly Malone, is an insult to a proud nation. They obviously know nothing about Ireland if they believe this is what an Irish bar looks like. The toilets in the hotel reception area are disgusting, along with smelling like a Rabbit Warren. The bedroom I was allocated didn't have a working TV. My request to have it sorted was scoffed at. The room hasn't been properly cleaned in an age, and certainly wasn't cleaned while I was there. The bathroom was disgusting and infested with every type of creepy crawly. Shower was an absolute joke,but I managed to get loads of steps in running around in the bath trying to get wet. All in all a horrible hotel experience. It doesn't deserve a listing on any holiday site and should be struck as a hotel. More akin to a doss house

Absolutely awful. disgusting place. Location is like being in the middle of a war zone. The photos must have been airbrushed, it was nothing like them. Outside bar was closed, the food area was like a storage area so no food only in the bar along the side molly malone which was a dark dingy place. The room was awful with no balcony only around the corner which wouldn't even sit one so no day light in the room. Walking down tot he sea from and restaurants was a challenge, narrow awful side streets where you had to walk in the road and very dirty. Eating places ok but not the best. We did find a good restaurant Macedonian restaurant, staff and food excellent. I wouldn't even give this place a 1 star. DON'T DO IT

The rooms are less than basic with outdated furniture not the cleanest pool is ok nobody keeping the pool area clean an tidy the area is run down with a lot of places closed down would the place is classed as 3 star i would give it a 1 star at the best.

It's a 2 or 3 star hotel l get it, but we booked months back only to get there and the key to the Main door is not working. It was at night and they couldn't do anything, we just had to wait for the morning and they then fixed it. So l think there is a Lack of good Organisation there that needs to be improved. We just got the keys and no one told us about facilities to use there etc. The hotel also needs improvement on the hygienic aspect as it was not clear when the hotel service comes and we had to ask. For the price tht one pays and Service a bit not upto Standard, it doesn't go together

Sems that i differ from many people here. Its a very nice hotel. The location maybe not perfect, but it only takes 10 minutes to go to the beach. The staff is fantastic, had some proplems with booking cards, getting to the airport etc, and they fixed everything. The woman in the reception will go a long way to make your stay perfect. Price/value i do not think you can get a better place.

very old hotels with ugly rooms, non-double beds, old cleaning staff with packed t-shirts, lots of Mould very old structure, cracked walls, bathroom lights in some rooms not working, non-existent wardrobes only 2 hangers, moldy safe

The room is very basic, curtains are torn,no remotes for the TV,. bathroom window damaged can't open, bath plug will not hold water, we are on half board breakfast is ok, but evening meal is not too our taste poor, hotel needs updating, staff are very good and polite
