The room was big and clean. The bed was soft and comfortable. You could hear people walking in the corridor, but not outside. The hotel is in a good location, not far from the coast and bus hub.

We really liked the facilities of this hotel, both the outdoor swimming pool with sea view and the large and very pleasant indoor swimming pool, good water temperature. Decent room and excellent welcome, nothing to say, excellent service, good breakfast

New structure, nothing to complain about. Service: EMPTY bar fridge, not even a bottle of water, non-existent bathroom courtesy kit ☹️ slippers not to mention. If they remain with this miserable policy, after having taken a Superior Sea View Room and paid a premium, I would expect some more service. Excellent breakfast.

Everywhere in the hotel was immaculate all the staff from restaurant to room maids were extremely pleasant and courteous. The food was extremely good we had breakfast and evening meal for the ten days we were there all of which was well prepared and presented. The pool area was always clean and had plenty of sun beds. If I had one observation to make I think the parents allowing very small children to wander round the food area particularly during breakfast was a bit dangerous as people had plates of hot food which could have caused some very serious injuries. Otherwise our stop at this hotel was extremely good.

Pros: location was good, indoor pool was nice and good food in the a la carte restaurant Cons: paid extra for a king bed room, on arrival at 3am we were put in a ground floor twin room with no view or balcony. When we complained we were told we had been 'upgraded'. We were not able to move until 2pm the next day when again everyone kept telling us we'd been upgraded as if that was supposed to be a benefit - clearly theyd just overbooked the room type we paid for as we had to wait for someone to checkout to get our room This was not only really inconvenient because we had no room to access all day or access to our things but we were only staying 5 nights on top so this problem took up 20% of our hol. Then, when we moved rooms we still didnt have a king bed but 2 beds pushed together, which they did merge with a divider thing post our complaint but still the bed felt like 2 separate ones. Secondly the all inclusive ends at checkout at 11am. My partner and I have previously stayed in places where you check out of the room but can still eat and drink. Our home flight was at 11pm. I would understand if we had arrived at 9am on our first day but we arrived at 3am the following. So we paid for 5 nights and lost a day all inclusive. Another note is the beach towels always smelt damp even when you exchanged for 'fresh ones' which is pretty unpleasant if you want to lie on them! Theyre also very small. Lastly we did a boat tour on our last day which seemed sensible as we had no all inclusive anymore. We checked before we left that there would be somewhere to shower etc. And were told no problem (the tour we booked through the operator in the hotel as well). When we got back the first member of staff at the desk just said 'I dont know repeatedly' then spotted his manager and pointed and said speak to him. He simply told us the indoor pool showers shut at 7 (it was 7) and shrugged his shoulders. We explained we had prearranged and been on the boat tour and been assured it would be fine. He then was quite accusatory saying youd be back earlier from the boat tour (that was also poorly organised and got us back late) and that the front desk would have told us the showers were open till 7( they didnt). After us basically reiterating that we werent lying they let us use the showers but the whole thing was unfriendly and uncomfortable. Some of the bar staff were lovely and friendly but the front desk staff were all unfriendly and unhelpful. We definitely had more bad customer service experiences than good at this hotel. I know its only a doubltree but it still bears the hilton name so id expect much more.

We stayed here last week, amazing hotel with amazing staff. Hotel is spotless, food at breakfast was really good, great selection. The staff at the pool bar restaurant were not so friendly, bordering on rude but all other staff made up for it. The housekeeping manager on the 3rd floor was very good at her job, asked us every morning if we needed anything. Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Having been at the hotel for the last 5 nights, I feel a bit nostalgic that the experience is finishing here. These last days were simply a fantastic experience for all the family. The hotel is very well equipped with all amenities, it is super clean, the food is great but most of all the management and staff members are very courteous and professional. A highly recommended hotel if you are looking for a great and relaxing experience on the island. Keep up the good work. Kevin Cardona

We recently had an 11 night stay, which was relaxing and the staff were friendly and very professional. Although we had an issue with our room late one night, the manager and all staff involved were extremely supportive. As it was very late, we were immediately moved to another spare room until morning when another suitable room was made available. Our original room had a nice view, but the new room had a lovely view as promised by the duty manager and staff. We were impressed by how quickly and professionally this was done and our thanks go out to all involved. The bar and restaurant staff were just great, making everyone feel welcome.
