Beautiful place, wonderful people, delicious food! The most eco-friendly place I have been in Uganda so far! The view by daylight is fascinating and becomes enchanting when night comes, with hundreds of little lights showing on the lake (fishermen fishing silver fish thanks to the light). It is surreal! A paradise for birders too!

Great customer care service, the food is delicious my favorite being the chicken pizza. Has the most stunning views especially at night with lights on the lake that look like a floating city. Will definitely be coming back 🥰 everyone should check this place out as a hideout vacation destination to run away from town madness.

Finally returned to this wonderful lodge after 5 years. The restaurant with a view of Lake Albert is an oasis of well-being. Lots of greenery, lovingly landscaped gardens, clean and comfortable rooms, cocktails by the pool, delicious food, happy daughter - what more could you want? Simply top! Thank you very much for this great experience!

wonderful place with an amazing view. extremely friendly staff. The food is also very good. mornings are downright magical. Dozens of different bird songs. I recommend. I’ll be back🙂 Excellent Great Amazing Pretty view Must visit Wonderful

We spent one night at this beautiful, friendly and well-equipped ecolodge during our trip from Murchison Falls to Fort Portal. Best place is to stay in/nearby Hoima! It’s quite new that is why missing from Lonely Planet and other books - yet. The staff was incredibly professional, the food is fine dining, facilities are top-notch. We rented two bikes and discovered the town nearby. You can stay in a hut or you can stay in a tent, both options are awesome!

This lodge is beautifully built and has some gorgeous views. The dining area displays work from local artists, has some of those handmade items for sale, and also has the view of Lake Albert. The food was delicious. The swimming pool and bar are very refreshing. The rooms also share the wonderful views from the balcony as well as everywhere inside and are very well decorated. A cozy and relaxing place.

What a great place to be! Everything was perfect. Great rooms with a asthonising view. Good food and a staff who made me feel very welcome. I would especially like to mention the peace and quiet that you will experience. And last but not least the lounge and pool area. I would strongly recommend the kikongo lodge voor a stay. I stayed for two days.

Great place to be. Relaxing athmosphere, bar and pool, a scenic view to the lake and to Kongo. We had full board with tasty Food and excellent service. A Sustainability concept is certainly recognisable, with filtered water, solar energy 24/7 etc.
