Apesar de informar que era discapacitado Me pusieron en la ultima habitación muy arriba Subiendo muchos escalones bajo la lluvia Con pisos disparejos, sin barandales y sin luz nocturna en la subida de las escaleras. No hay servicio a la habitación en caso de que este lloviendo. En cuanto a la limpieza esta bien pero Solo un papel higiénicos para 3 días y dos noches. El desayuno muy bueno y surtido, le doy 5 puntos, pero el almuerzo y cena si no tan bueno en cuanto a su sabor, le doy 2 puntos. El lugar donde esta ubicado el hotel es muy hermoso y tranquilo. Lo único que La calle de la entrada esta en reparacion y esta medio peligroso con maquinarias.

Malisimo internet una tele del 1980 el baño todo viejo y sucio El lugar estaba bonita y un poco frio se puede hacer canopy es poco pero muy cool todos los otros juegos dañados o en MALISIMO estado y se le puede dar comida a los peces y la comida normal el restaurante bastante caro

Las instalaciones del hotel son muy bonitas, rodeadas de naturaleza, ambiente tranquilo, agradable. La comida del restaurante fue buena al igual que buena atención por parte de los colaboradores siempre amable y cordial. Muy cerca del centro del pueblo de Volcán y Cerro Punta. Cosas que pueden mejorar: *La señal del WiFi ya que hay partes del hotel que no había señal o es muy débil. *El primer día no tuvimos a un 100% agua caliente. *Mejor iluminación en la habitación. *La ventilación de las habitaciones puede mejorar con abanicos de techo o de pedestal ya que a pesar que el temperatura es fresca hay momentos que hace calor. *Mantenimiento en algunas ventanas.

PESIMA ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE compre 1 oferta y al canjearla me han puesto mas de 10 trabas para no canjearla y leyendo los comentarios mejor he pedido el reembolso ( y ojala lo regresen) No compren con ellos , pesima atención con el cliente. No dan opciones , es cuando ellos quieren y añaden restricciones que no 3estaban estipuladas al inicio.

Los trampolines estaban super sucios y descuidados. Hay moscas por doquier. Existe una cafetería que vende helados con precios super altos. Recomiendo mejor ir al centro del pueblo y comprar a mejores precios. El último día no hubo agua caliente.
