Room had a smell every time I enter it
AC has no offer switch, just cold and hot, off switch means it will continue working but neutral
Breakfast is a disaster by itself, only few good things like fruits, milk. Even coffee was bad
I have to ask for a room cleaning after 6 days stayed in the hotel
They started renovation during my stay, sounds were so noisy starting from 10 AM till 4 PM. I wanted to extend my stay for another week, but found there prices goes up despitethe contusions renovationn noise and workers everywhere, can you beleiv it :)
I have checked out to another hotel eventually

In town for a travel ball tournament. Perfect location. Nice rooms. King suite was perfect for us. Really like the big sofa that is the size of a twin bed with a twin trundle that pulls out from under it too. Would definitely stay here again.

It would be nice if the king bed in room 207 was comfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. We did not sleep well the two days we stayed at the hotel.

Friendly staff; nice hotel. Perhaps too subjective but we found the mattresses entirely too soft. We have back issues and those mattresses only exacerbated those issues. Other than that, no complaints.

Great location, near shopping mall and restaurants but outside of the craziness of Atlanta. Water pressure in shower terrible.

The SpringHill at Mall of Georgia property was excellent. The property was clean, quiet, and safe. The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Breakfast was very good and the options were a pleasant surprise.

So many things missing from usual stay at an equivalent hotel. No moisturizer kit, No glasses to drink water or rather anything, no coffee whitener in the room, extremely poor flow of shower. I would rather get a tent instead.

The place was beautiful and well-kept. The staff was very nice and courteous. The breakfast was great. Can use some plates, glasses, and other stuff for the small kitchenette to make our stay better. Overall, we'll come back again.
