Nice location
The room was clean and very comfortable. There were a couple of small things that need to be improved. The entry door nearest our room would not unlock with our keys. We were told that they keep “fixing’ it but it will not work sporadically. Also, the sink in our bathroom drained very slowly. I was told they would have maintenance fix it after we checked out. Everything else was good.

I liked the room and property. The only thing I didn’t like was the A/C was on and off every few minutes and too loud!

Everything was clean and rooms were nice. Staff was great! No seating in rooms difficult to find quiet space to read / relax with youth athletics taking over the lobby in the morning and evening.

Family friendly hotel with nice space for gathering and comfortable rooms. Staff was also very friendly!

Staff is not very understanding or customer focused. We had to cancel our reservation the morning of the reservation due to the horrific storms that were crossing the country causing floods and tornados. We asked them to cancel and process a refund given the circumstances were beyond our control. The staff just said NO without an inkling of empathy or understanding. Terrible experience and will never book at this property or this brand again.

Stayed for two nights while visiting Blenko Glass. Very comfortable and clean. Near the Blenko Glass and Airport.
