The room was nice, but the breakfast was a rip-off. It cost 800 bucks more per night than the room without breakfast, but it was not a buffet breakfast at all. It was a $15 voucher for purchasing food at a restaurant that was much higher than the market price. After choosing, you had to pay tax, and after paying the tax, the waiter would ask for a tip (and the attitude of the restaurant waiter was not very good, much worse than the hotel front desk). It was terrible.

The hotel is in the downtown. It was originally an invincible environment, but there is a bar downstairs! From 11:00pm to 2:30pm in the evening, black people started to get together and play loud music! Please be careful when choosing a hotel! I asked to change the room, and the hotel said it was 100% booked, so I could only endure the noise of black people until 2:30 in the morning! In addition, the hotel sheets are not very clean. Compared with the Westin in Boston where I live later, the sanitation here is much worse.

I called and made sure there would be late night food options as I was on an 1100 mile trip with 2 dogs. Requested 2 turkey sand at 11:30 pm uoon arrival. Was told it would take 1.5 hours but still I agreed. Called 45 min later to tell me they ran out of food- i called back and asked if they had anything- i ordered what they said they had available abd even flatbread and fries arrived an hour later. It was inedible, really. No apology, no discount - the staff there varies greatly in customer service. I have stayed there 8 times a year for 10 years on my way to Vermont. This hotel can cost $615 nightly when busy. I can get better customer service at a much cheaper place. Bye bye Marriott. How hard would it have been to refund $58. Never asked for one in the oast- geez

Linens need to be updated. Had towels that were tattered and frayed. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Connected parking garage is a plus. Plenty of dining options in the area.
