Hyatt Regency Buffalo Hotel and Conference Center

Overall it's OK, but it really doesn't meet the five-star standard. It's relatively old, the location is good, the service is generally OK, but it doesn't meet the five-star standard. I stayed for 9 days, and the housekeeping sometimes knocked on the door at 9 or 10 in the morning. Fortunately, I was awake. I had to check out today. The housekeeping knocked on the door at 9 o'clock, but I was still asleep. Then I hung a sign at the door saying "Do Not Disturb". They knocked on the door again and asked what time to check out, but I had already told the front desk about the delayed check-out. I feel that their links are flawed. Some staff feel that they are enthusiastic and enthusiastic about their work, and they will answer questions in a timely manner, but some do feel that their attitude is casual. The lobby is well decorated, and the rooms are average.
