Very nice staff and facilities. Not far from the famous Anchor Bar. Walking distance.

The room was okay, the bedding was good, but I came late and left early, and didn't see the garden. The service attitude is good, but foreigners are as slow as ever. There is a simple breakfast.

原來到布法羅都是住市中心希爾頓花園酒店的。這一次想換一家體驗一下。找來找去，發現這家也叫花園酒店，離原來住的希爾頓花園酒店也不遠，覺得都是花園酒店，又都在市中心，價格也差不多，服務等各方面應該差不多，就選擇了這家。 但是，入住才發現，這家遠不如希爾頓花園酒店。住宿體驗太差，非常令人失望。 最直觀的感受首先是衞生不能保證，床單及被罩不乾淨，有汗臭味。 其次是對華人服務態度差，有種族歧視。主要表現為對其他族裔熱情招呼，對華人不理不睬。特別是我在吃早餐時，在我揀餐之前有人把餐池的蓋子打開後沒有關，在我揀餐時，餐廳一位黑膚色的女服務員，上來就問我會不會英文，在我用英文回覆她後，她提醒我，揀餐後是要把蓋子蓋上的，我直接回復她：在我揀餐前蓋子就是打開的，不知道是哪位客人沒有蓋上，我現在可以幫她蓋上。在繼續揀餐的過程中，又是一個餐盒沒有蓋上蓋子，我揀餐時，不知什麼原因，蓋子及放夾子的託盤都掉在地上了，在我幫忙撿託盤時，她又過來對我説：掉在地上的東西不能再用了，不能放回去了，你不知道嗎？我回復説，這蓋子被前邊的人打開後沒放穩，正好我過來時它掉下來了，我幫你們撿起來。這時有兩位白人路過，也覺得可笑，沖我善意地笑了笑。我説：這太搞笑了。這位黑膚色的服務員看我態度強硬，英語流利，説的有理有節，便再也不敢造次了。 總之，大家在選擇這家酒店時，避坑。
