We had a very bad experience at this hotel. At arrival check in was handled remotely, no dinner was available. Therefore we cancelled the second night which led to incredible abuse and threats of legal action by the proprietor. The rudeness we experienced was unbelievable. These people should not be in the hospitality business. John

Beware of this establishment. The proprietors engage in false advertising and are outright nasty when you decide to shorten your stay as a result, even threatening with legal action. Both Mr & Mrs Helmstetter have no business being in the hospitality industry.

Het vinotel beschikt over ruime schone kamers. Allemaal hebben ze een balkon of buitenruimte. De ligging is ideaal aan de rand van het wijndorp Bürgstadt. De Maintalradweg is vlakbij. De fietsengarage is geweldig met voldoende oplaadpunten voor e-bikes. Het ontbijt is netjes en er wordt ook een eigerecht naar wens klaar gemaakt. Erg handig is de grote koelkast waar hun eigen wijnen in staan, die tegen schappelijke prijzen gekocht, kunnen worden. Een aangebroken fles kun je gewoon terug zetten voor een volgende keer. De kamers hebben geen airconditioning. Houdt hier dus rekening mee. De parkeerplaats is ruim en de omgeving interessant. De eigenaren zijn geïnteresseerd en in voor een praatje. Heel gemütlich! Soms is er Häckerwirtschaft en kan er gegeten en natuurlijk gedronken worden. Let hiervoor op de Facebookpagina.

Schönes Hotel, die Zimmern sind neu modern und komfortabel gestaltet. Die Betten sind gut, das Frühstück reichlich. Preise IO für die angebotene Qualität. Der Chef läuft immer ernst durch, ein Lächeln ab und zu für die Gäste wäre nicht schlecht. Hier kann man auch essen. Manchmal Häckerzeit! Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, schöne Weingegend . Nicht weit von Miltenberg. Auch sehr schöne Golfplätze in der Nähe (GC Erftal-Miltenberg) . Wir empfehlen in jeden Fall dieses Hotel weiter!!
