The breakfast was normal, the front desk guy had a good service attitude and helped print the next flight ticket. It was very convenient to visit the attractions around, and restaurants and supermarkets were very close. The only bad thing was the elevator, which was very slow

The hotel is located in San Telmo neighbourhood, and it is facing the Avenina 9 De Julio. It is about 20 minutes walk to main tourist spots like Florida Street, Lavalle, and Ave Corrientes.
The room is spacious and has a comfortable bed. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. He gave us some tips where to exchange our currency and get a sim card. We didn't use the hotel facilityl since we just stayed for 1 night for our transit to El Calafate.
The hotel is about a 25-minute drive to AEP airport and 50 minutes to EZE airport.

Overall, everything is very good, the apartments are new, the room has everything you need, a gorgeous huge terrace. BUT! On the last day of our stay, the wifi was disconnected, the administration only sent formal replies, for those who need a good, stable internet connection for work, this is unacceptable! The towel replacement system is also unclear. We never used it, and the info letter from the administration didn't say a word about it either.

The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and the facilities are in good condition. I had a problem upon arrival because I booked a room through Trip for 4 people and at the hotel, they told me that 4 people were not allowed in one room. So, the attendants gave me the option to book 2 rooms or cancel the accommodation. Now, imagine: where would I go with my family at 8 pm in another country? I was quite upset about this. I had to book two rooms, pay extra and amazingly: when I arrived the first room had two king beds, meaning my family and I could fit in one room without any problems. Trip should observe this before selling accommodations so that the customer is not harmed.

It's a little old, but the location is very good, it's very convenient to see the attractions, there are many tango dances around, and there is a smoking area in the hotel, which is very comfortable

The location is very good, basically the city center, six blocks is the big stone monument, two blocks to the left and right is the May Fourth Square and the church. The room is quite spacious and the breakfast is Argentine.

GGuest UserIt's not for everyone, but if you want an alternative to the usual character-less chain hotels this one is for you. Great service, an interesting art and archeology museum, and very close to downtown, San Telmo and Puerto Madero areas.

GGuest UserThe staff are friendly enough. We were very disappointed when we asked for more bathroom tissue. We had just returned from an evening out and noticed that when the room was made up, bathroom tissue was not replaced and we were running out of tissue. We called down to the front desk to ask for two roles of tissue and were told that we were only allowed one role per day (we had not been given any tissue that day). I met the staff member at the elevator where I was given a role that was half the size of a full role. So the daily allotment of bathroom tissue is ½ a role per day for two people? If we had been given a full role of tissue when they made up the room in the morning, we would not have needed to request more. Unfortunately, no amount of smiling staff can make up for the petty hording of bathroom tissue. We had two rooms at this hotel and have had two rooms here previously so this was not the first time staying at this hotel, but it will be the last.
