Excellent price-service ratio. It is an apt but with the plus of having a reception; It can be a little noisy depending on which room you are in, but it is normal for the area since it has a lot of movement. The decoration is simple, with a vibe. The suite contains the basics for four people in the kitchenette. In short: super convenient for its location near Alermo and its clubs and the cute shops of Palermo and the Gurruchaga outlets. Surrounded by cafes and places to eat nearby as well.

It is an excellent accommodation. Studio apartments, all new. They have an electric stove, toaster and microwave. Crockery and some kitchen utensils. Electric kettle. (No coffee maker) The location is unbeatable in the Oulets area and the building of an old convent is beautiful. I don't give it 5 stars because my room window looked right onto the bar below and the music and noise on the weekend were unbearable. They should solve this issue by improving the windows because it is really very annoying. I note that when I notified the accommodation managers, they managed to lower the music a little. If that is solved, that is excellent. Everyone was very kind in their attention. I would surely return

The Studio is excellent, very comfortable, the location is very good, we were on Gurruchaga Street and it is somewhat noisy, we were informed that studio 13 and 22 can hear less noise from the street. Otherwise super recommended

I stayed with my mother for one night because of the hotel's proximity to the Movistar Arena. We loved the apart. We highlight the impeccable hygiene, the super comfortable beds. The facilities were very complete, the rooms looked very new. The internal patio is beautiful. In itself, it is quite an experience to stay in a former convent, even more so with the modern rooms and the comfortable accommodation. We would definitely stay again! :)
