People were helpful. The room was quite tiny, but adequate. The bathroom was nice. The towels and sheets could have been cleaner.

A bit difficult to find.
The lift was broken when I arrived but they kindly helped me with my luggage.
The room was small but enough for one person for a couple of nights.

Excellent small boutique hotel in Palermo, great location, a lot of restaurants nearby
Room is comfortable with air-conditioning and smart TV,was able to connect my own u tube
Reception and cleaning staff are nice and supportive, everyday breakfast
Highly recommend, will come again

My flight was canceled and rescheduled, so I wasn't going to be able to show up at the hotel to spend the day. I wanted to cancel the reservation but they completely ignored me.

The accommodation is generally good, but everything could be improved.
The best thing is the multipurpose room (reading and working) on the second floor.
The rooms are somewhat small and the bathrooms, tiny. But they are bright and quiet. The beds, very comfortable. Of the three rooms I have used, only one of them had a refrigerator.
I have not used the breakfast service.
The staff, efficient and helpful, but very serious and cold and distant.
The main advantage is that the accommodation is very close to the Aeroparque and can be accessed by bus.
For that reason I have stayed there on three occasions.

Overall it's pretty good. Free breakfast comes with booking. The staff at the reception desk are very nice and beautiful! The location is at the end of the road, quiet and peaceful, next to the football field. Open the curtains in the public space to enjoy a free close-range game experience! It’s a pity that I didn’t have a chance to see it when I went there!
