The property is in an excellent location, the apartment was OK. What was terrible was the communication with management. Before my trip, I tried to communicate with them with a few questions I had about the apartment and what was the possibility to get in before 2pm Since our flight was supposed to arrive at 10:30 AM. We lost our connection, we got at the apartment at 5:10, and no way to communicate with anybody. We were at the door without knowing how to get in. Of course, being on this trip, we didn’t have Wi-Fi. We had to go to a place where we could access our emails, and then we saw the communication about the instructions on how to get in.
That was ridiculous!!! why in the world they don’t send us a few days before they check in, don’t they know that people might not have Wi-Fi standing at the door of the Building?????
A few days afterwards, we saw family in the same situation. We were when we got there.
Unless they change the management and have a better communication with the client, I will not recommend this place at all.

Everything very good...highly recommended place!!! Quiet, comfortable, clean and safe...deli shop, market, bakery and laundry on the block.
With grill and pool on the terrace.

Pleasant location in the Recoleta district, a few steps from Av. Puyerredon where there are many café-restaurants and a supermarket. Even though there is no real reception everything worked well for our check-in. We were well received and we say a big thank you to the reception and cleaning team for allowing us into the apartment very quickly after a long international flight. The bedding was very good, the heating worked well, there were even two toilets. This apartment has everything you need, however the furniture is very simple (old-fashioned sofas). As said in previous comments, the front door has no insulation, it is very thin and so are the walls so you can hear the neighbors a lot. This can be disturbing if you spend a lot of time in the apartment. At night everything was calm.
