This is a great location for any couple that is visiting Buenos Aires and planning to be out and about most of the day. Right outside the front door is a very walkable neighborhood with countless restaurants and bars. It is a very lively area and has a lot of shops and street fairs to offer on the weekends. Our room was small, but it has everything you need. The property only has 6 rooms, and the staff was very nice and spoke good English.

Casa Chic is a little nice hotel but unfortunately also a bit scruffy. It should be cleaner. There is dust everywhere and the house keeping doesn't make a good job. The staff is friendly but at least one of them is dishonorable. I am quite sure that I know who it is and how this person did it but I can't prove it. After we left the hotel, I realized that somebody has stolen part of my money out of the safe deposit box. In some old reviews about this hotel I found out that this has already happened before. So, pay attention and take care of your valuables. It's a pity that I have to mention this but of course, it ruined my impression of Casa Chic forever.

Viajamos con reserva de booking con el objeto de tramitar visas para EEUU, el hotel se ubica entre la embajada y el centro donde se toman datos biométricos para el trámite, por lo que se puede llegar a pie con una caminata no tan larga, en el barrio hay muchas opciones para comer y beber. Con respecto al hotel, la impresión es de un bed & breakfast con algunos detalles. Las habitaciones son pequeñas, buen mobiliario (varias almohadas, ropa de blanco buena y limpia, jabón y shampoo en el baño), los aires acondicionados MUY RUIDOSOS, y es algo que puede ser incluso algo molesto para descansar. El desayuno es algo escueto en variedad y en un lapso de solamente dos horas. Del personal del hotel nada que decir, han sido muy cálidos y resolutivos en lo que se pudo solicitar. En resumen, no es mala opción si se va a dormir por un par de días o se planea pasar poco tiempo en el hotel, es algo a corregir el tema de los aires, y el hotel tiene ciertas marcas de paso del tiempo que no han sido corregidas de la mejor forma; en cuanto al resto todo bien. El precio de la estadía fue de unos 150USD/noche, y creo que es algo más elevado de lo que debería costar teniendo en cuenta los detalles.

Sabas viejas. Cortina de baño rota y huele A humedad. Cordón de Cortina de venta roto. Muy Poca luz en cuarto. Poca higiene en el baño. El personal que atiende muy poco empático. El hotel está venido a menos. El aire acondicionado hace ruido como avispero. Nada que ver con las fotos. Los del cuarto de junto de plano se fueron por el ruido del aire acondicionado. Nosotros no nos pudimos ir porque pagamos por expedía y no hay rembolso. Una pena de hotel. Jamás me quedaría de nuevo. No lo recomiendo. 🫤

Lo mejor · La ubicación Lo peor · Estuvimos en la habitación n4que supuestamente es la mas grande, por ende la más cara. - El aire acondicionado de la habitación era antiguo, entonces no llegaba nunca a un punto medio, se helaba el lugar o se calentaba por completo. Hablamos con el concierge del tema pero nos dijo que era así, que no había solución. Hacía un ruido tan fuerte que las 3 noches que pasamos no pudimos dormir bien. - El agua fría del lavatorio y de la bañera nunca salió fría sino que era caliente casi tibia. - La habitación estaba sucia en los lugares como debajo del sillón o de la cama. - La mesa de luz tenia una especie de grasa o pintura negra en las patas por lo que manchó nuestras prendas, cartera y todo lo que la rozaba. - Cuando uno piensa en “Casa Chic” se imagina un hotel con ambientación, elegancia, productos, hasta aromas como los del lugar, lamentablemente no. Todo muy básico. No vale el precio/calidad

Hermoso hotel, es un edificio antiguo remodelado. Todo muy lindo, la ubicación nos encantó en el medio de Palermo cerca de los bares y la feria, a su vez las chicas muy amables. El desayuno muy rico , si bien no era muy variado.

Quartos muito sujos. No primeiro dia vimos poeira e roupas íntimas de hospedes anteriores embaixo da cama. No último dia ainda estavam lá. Café da manhã péssimo. Staff de má vontade e pronto para ludibriar os hóspedes: ao efetuar o pagamento da reserva o preço em cartão de crédito ou dolar era o do anúncio, mas para pagamento em pesos argentinos o funcionário quis cobrar uma “taxa extra” pois como o câmbio paralelo está mais favorável que o oficial o estabelecimento “tributa” essa diferença e, nas palavras do atendente, “divide o lucro de quem trocou reais por pesos entre brasileiros e argentinos”. Em síntese, um roubo: se pagarmos em reais ou dolar eles cumprem o anunciado, se pagamos na MOEDA LOCAL DELES o estabelecimento cobra uma taxa extra! Um roubo!
