We booked a double room through ***********, requesting separate beds. Upon arrival, we were given a double room with a queen-size bed. This room was small, smelled of cigarettes, and was damp. The bed was super small (almost a queen-size bed). The concierge was very kind and upgraded us to a triple room, where the mattresses were old and soft. During our four-night stay, the bathroom was never cleaned and the towels weren't changed. We had to call every day to request new towels. Breakfast is average: toast with jam or croissants, coffee with milk, and orange juice. The lady serving breakfast was super friendly and attentive. The location is very good, close to Palermo's bars and clubs, and also close to the Bosques de Palermo and the zoo.

It's a basic but comfortable hotel. I stayed in a room with a basic but comfortable double bed. The TV was very small, and the bathroom was a bit awkward for showering, but fine. If you're not spending much time in the room, it's fine. A word of advice: if you don't smoke, ask for a non-smoking room, because I was given a smoking room and the smell was really unpleasant.

It's an average hotel, with rather old and sometimes neglected facilities, but it was clean and very, very close to the two places where Argentinians must apply for visas to enter the United States. The breakfast was adequate, nothing special. The staff was very friendly.

Nice and simple hotel but very well located and very comfortable. The truth is that we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were very comfortable and well equipped with Wi-Fi. The staff was very correct and prepared. Overall, very good.

I had a trouble-free stay at this small hotel. While it has few amenities within easy reach, everything that needs to work, does. The service is very professional. The rooms are impeccably clean.

The hotel is very old. But it's clean and the staff is excellent. Its best feature is its location, two blocks from the D subway and three blocks from the US consulate. It's the perfect location for visa processing.
