Our stay at Soho Point Malabia has been wonderful, from check in to check out the staff was very attentive and friendly. The apartment is comfortable, spacious, clean and sufficient for the needs of a couple. Since the rooms are inside an internal courtyard (photo), there are no annoying noises from the street. Daily cleaning is done, which is a relief for the traveler, and the area has EVERYTHING one could need. Palermo Soho is very safe to walk around day and night.

The hotel is very well located and the facilities are nice. We were going to stay for two nights and unfortunately we had to leave one night early due to urgent health problems. They told us that they would keep the night that we had paid for and did not use for us when we wanted. I have written many times to make the reservation and the answer was that they would answer me, I have been waiting for more than a month. Very poor service from the staff!
