I was told this is top hotel in Buenos Aires but it’s v worn down n the floor in room creaks everywhere. Service was immaculate though, especially the excellent concierge Esperanza. She’s a walking encyclopaedia n so passionate about her job

The room is very unique, with a palace feel. The breakfast area is beautiful and the breakfast is OK. But I don't know how to turn on the TV. It has a sense of history.

Hotel stopped in time. It can be seen that it has already lived through its glory days, but it is far from the luxury hotels of today.
It is very well located, rooms are spacious, but very old.
Rooftop is very good, I recommend it. Good breakfast, but nothing exceptional.
Overall, for a luxury class hotel, there are many better ones in the city.
I wouldn't stay there again.

We arrived and were attended to promptly and cordially. The quality of the food (at dinner, in the bar at night, and at breakfast), and the service from the waiters, were excellent.

This hotel is one of BA's most luxurious and is in a prime location. You can visit the cemetery on foot, and just across the road is Hermes. The overall style is really palace-style, very retro and beautiful, and it is much better than some of the hotels I stayed in in NYC that are both beautiful and shabby. The service is quite satisfactory, which can only be said to be what a hotel at this price should have. I stayed here for five nights in total. It brought me so many memories when I first arrived and when I was about to leave🥺Will be back for sure
