The location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances. The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.

Inside the room is so old and outdated, towels are full of stains, room is dark and gloomy like ******* house, no place to open 2 baggages!

Attentive and helpful staff. Excellent hotel. Excellent location with the possibility of getting around easily, it is also very close to the pink house and a building from before the Second World War and a very beautiful church.

service breakfast was okay The location was right next to May Plaza, so it was good to go around. However, it was difficult to find due to the small entrance and lack of signage.

The location is excellent, the staff are friendly and the breakfast is wonderful.

Apart from the location, there is nothing to recommend Don't expect additional booking services Reception staff who are forced to pass the time Facility The interior of the room is terror-level, the only lobby is the best Pile of small bugs that are not even ants appear in the room It seems that the cleaning staff is not a problem. No intention to revisit at all

It is difficult to take a taxi to live in this hotel, and the service at the front desk of the hotel is too poor.

Excellent hotel, very good facilities, very complete breakfast, all very comfortable.

Friendly service and a comfortable room. Unfortunately some aspects were showing wear/neglect. A light that wouldn’t go off, the safe was missing numerals making it impossible to operate, the bathroom lights could only be operated from by the beds, not on the wall by the bathroom. All minor, but shouldn’t be. Still, I’d stay again.

Stayed here only two nights. Room was not ready at check in time, it was ready only an hour later. Was told just to wait, in the lobby or go for a walk, did not offer anything to compensate for the wait. This is an ******* VIP hotel but did not receive any perks. Room was old, beds were comfortable but not enough lighting, no safe either on our room we had the family quadruple room. Even though the location is perfect based on my experience I wouldn’t stay here again.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful except for the tall one with a head bun who seemed to treat as as beneath her (stuck up). Air can noisy. Room ok not 5 stars

The best part of the hotel was its location. Its right in the middle of center city. There were lot of city landmarks within walking distance. The dining, entertainment, tour options were plenty. The staff was very helful.for anything we needed.
