They’ll bring you anything you wish, even in a Dove soap box. They have great taste, too, since they’re fans of Rolex watches. Maybe the hotel could consider paying them more, so they don’t have to sell photos to TMZ for extra cash. Just a suggestion.

Do not stay here. You cannot count on them to keep you or your loved ones safe, they will not call the police on time. If they had Liam Payne would still be alive. I wouldn’t in a million years consider staying at this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone. They won’t call the ambulance in time, they’ll pretend they can’t help you because they can’t find they’re key that gets into every one of the rooms, when needed, they will stage a room and then post it to social media, also they’re security cameras seem to be faulty, I wouldn’t trust that. Please don’t stay here. Horrible service and dishonest

Don’t stay here and certainly don’t trust the staff ! Shocking! If they had actually helped Liam Payne then be could still be with us 😡😡😡they had a duty of care towards people who stay in there hotel ! Why would you force someone back to there room who clearly needed help and staff members selling rugs !!!! Stay away guys

Not where you wanna stay if you wanna enjoy your vacation!! I was supposed to be there a day after Liam Payne‘s Passing but now it’s on my no-no list. I would never stay there nor recommend anyone going there knowing they have an unrested staff.

This reviews is based on upon recent events that happened with Liam Payne, who passed away int his hotel. I was not a guest here and did not stay at this hotel but I'm here to share my opinion on hotel. When guest is passed out, or having seizure or any medical condition, it's the guest service call to notify emergency responder immediately and not guide the party back to their room. This inattention to medical emergency may only happen once or twice in a decade, but it has grave consequences. The right step was not followed and management should have intervened inside the room when things were getting shattered or broken, not to wait for minutes or hours to get help. I will avoid your hotel all costs and advise more education to your staff.

Don’t trust this hotel or staff. They will call police to late. Don’t count on getting help when you’re in need. They won’t help. They will send you back to your room if you’re not feeling well. And then they will take pictures in your room, of personal belongings. And put it on social media. Again. Don’t trust this hotel.

in this hotel, on October 16, 2024 a famous singer, Liam Payne died, they didn't help him, instead they locked in a hotel room, alone and cleary wasn't okay. they didn't want the truth to come out, i wonder why. i hope that the people get what they deserve.
