Attentive workers, very clean living quarters and situated in a very nice neighborhood. Would certainly recommend. In about a year or so when this hotel is upgraded, this will be a MUST stay when in Buenos Aires. Keep making improvements =)

The room we got was very ugly, the smell of humidity in the closet, the bathroom was very small without ventilation or bidet. The bedspread was old, as was the blanket. They charged us taxes in dollars because we made the reservation through Booking. They also charged us 6000 for breakfast per day. This hotel and the Booking app are not recommended.

Terrible service! We arrived at 5am after traveling, we had made the reservation the day before and we asked if we could delay the check out to be able to rest more, when we made the reservation they told us yes paying an extra, but once we were there, they told us it was impossible, that we had to leave the room at 11am and that the man at the reception was not responsible for what they told us on the phone when we made the reservation. When we arrived, they had canceled our reservation because they "thought" we were not going to arrive, so they had to make it again. Another detail, there was a demonstration on 9 de Julio Avenue, people camping, they never told us about this event. When we were entering, a man approached us to ask for money, he put his foot on the door so we couldn't close it and pressured us to give him money, the man at the reception did nothing, he didn't say anything, he didn't move. The receptionist's attention was bad, 0 disposition. The rooms were hot, we had to call to have the air conditioning turned on. I don't recommend it!

Ótima estrutura; excelente localização e próximo aos transportes públicos. Equipe de trabalho prestativa e solicita. Muito limpo e com ótimo chuveiro. Quarto amplo e muito bem decorado. Tivemos uma boa experiencia em Buenos hospedando no Hotel pois facilitou muito a locomoção.

Un hotel, con las comodidades básicas, es muy lindo, la limpieza excelente,elejimos una habitación srandar, con vista a la calle, si bien se sentía algo de ruido, te acostumbras y se puede dormir bien, el desayuno impecable, el personal del hotel,siempre muy atentos en todo momento, la cochera muy segura, esas fue una de las cosas que nos hizo elejirlo, sin dudas volveremos.
