We would suggest to make the reservation hiring directly from the hotel and not via searching portals because the prices are much higher.

Arrived hours before the check in time, but room was ready and we could unwind after the long flights to Argentina. Room was spartan but clean. We’ve been staying at this hotel for many years, and have seen its slow decline, but the location is great and the staff helpful and welcoming.

It is winter and after requesting a blanket for three consecutive days, I gave up when a staff member mentioned they do not have blankets!
We arrived at 2am due to a plane delayed and there was no one to help us with a cart for luggage.
The checkout this morning had a great gentleman though, very courteous and fast.

The pictures on the ******* site are VERY misleading.
We arrived at the property and found out it is completely outdated. Room was fairly clean, but paint on doors was peeling off, the floor had water damage (very visible). The beds were clean but very old mattresses. Toilet did NOT flush properly (not enough water). You can tell this property has not been remodeled since the 80's. Closet had no bars to hang anything from, and the staff's attitude was horrible. Every time you asked for anything, they just about rolled their eyes backwards, as if you were asking for the world. The bar selection was pathetic (top whisky was Jack Daniels).. On our last night, my companion sat at the bar waiting for wait stuff so long, he gave up on ordering (and drinks were overpriced too). The word that comes to mind is CATFISHED (the pictures are totally misleading). I could put up with an "old but clean hotel", but the staff's attitude really didn't help much. My recommendation: STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
