Dirty, sheets with hair of all kinds and colors, covers with makeup, bad smell, cigarette smell, towels with fecal matter stains. Balcony with cigarette butts. Impossible to spend a night there. It looked like everywhere you look at it, super old and abandoned. It looks more like a cloth than a family hotel. Not at all recommended. We left without spending the night there. They charge you in advance 2 or 3 days before and on top of that more than what the rate says. Not at all recommended

I chose this "hotel" because of the proximity to the airport. The photos they show are not current, the cleaning service is non-existent, the night concierge is a rude old man, I checked in at 10pm because the flight was delayed and the next day I had a connection. The worst hours I could have spent. The very old air conditioning. It stopped working at 2 am. The concierge did not want to change the room or provide a solution for the unbearable 40°. At 7am I left and saw the state of the windows being dirty, the air equipment in poor condition, the cables patched, the floor dirty with cockroaches. They cannot offer non-existent services! I hope they never SCAM PASSENGERS again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS "HOTEL" AT ALL.

Olor a cigarrillo, en la habitación poca limpieza. Pero lo peor fue soportar a una mujer con problemas mentales insultando desde las 5am y luego en el lobby tuvimos que escuchar barbaridades con mis hijos de esta persona. No sé podía creer.
