Terrible service and attention. From check-in, the breakfast staff. Terrible facilities. We were freezing. The air conditioning in the lobby was off when it was 8-9 degrees outside. When you entered the room, there was an old wall-mounted air conditioner that took a long time to heat up the room, and it never heated the bathroom. Poor maintenance, dirty walls, peeling wallpaper. Never again. The Wyndham remote should work since we booked this hotel through them. They didn't issue me an invoice; they told me the app would? I hope so.
