Hotel de buena ubicación, que permite fácil acceso a lugares turísticos de la ciudad, habitación espaciosa, camas muy pequeñas, un pequeño detalle es que en las noches salen cucarachas en el baño en gran cantidad.

This hotel seems to have an all male staff on the reception, all of whom are impolite and abrupt. The Wi-Fi in the hotel is poor with their unusual accessing system having to be re-inputted every five minutes. The hotel had one lift out of use on one day but there was no notice to guests to avoid using it. The bathroom in my room had no toilet paper or soap or shampoo on the first night and despite advising reception who then promised to replenish the items, nothing ever came until the next day. The pillows and bedlinen also had some unpleasant odour on them which created difficult conditions got me to sleep. Never again!!

Beware of this hotel, it is a scam. I got charged 6,836 American Dollars on Hetels.com on Feb 26, 2022. The Hotel is closed down with a chain. This Hotel shows up on all searches still, eventhough it is closed down for a few months. IT shows up on Bookings.com. ********** and many others. I am still trying to get a refund. Este Hotel esta cerrado con cadenas y sigue recibiendo reservas.

Fomos super mal atendidos no hotel que reservamos. Eu, meu marido e meu filho ficamos batente de porta em porta de Hotel até chegarmos em um hotel descente que mesmo sem vaga se disponibilizou a entrara em contato com outro e nos conseguiu uma vaga no hotel Regis – Lavalle 813, somos gratas a senhor Jorge Alessandro que sabe o que é atendimento turístico. Hotel é simples, mas limpo e um excelente atendimento.

La ubicación está sobre el andador de Ovalle y alrededor hay mucho comercio como restaurantes,bares, ciber, cafetería y tiendas de souvenirs,a pocos metros del obelisco. El hotel me pareció solitario,sobrio aunque tiene y conserva un estilo muy clásico ,la habitación me pareció muy confortable, espaciosa y el tocador muy estilo años 40 me gustó,lo malo es que el personal es muy serio, pague habitación doble para que mi compañero pasará ala habitación,y parecía que eso era un delito lo interrogaron por qué y para que, me parecio muy fuera de lugar

Hotel fraquíssimo! Pelo preço que cobra, deixa muito a desejar. Móveis velhos, camas desconfortáveis, roupas de cama e banho velhas e serviço de quarto horrível. Limpeza muito ruim. Não indico para ninguém! Pegamos pela localização, mas muito fraco!

Una lástima porque el hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado, una calle peatonal a escasa distancia del obelisco, pero está un tanto descuidado, o más bien, no se ha renovado en años. Los empleados nos atendieron muy bien y el hotel estaba limpio, pero no creo que me vuelva a hospedar ahí.

La habitacion, la ubicacion del hotel, la limpieza, su personal, realmente muy bueno, fue mejor de lo que esperaba. Se han ocupado de hacer nuestra estancia amena y confortable. El internet es muy malo.
