My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The room was in unacceptable condition: there was broken glass in the window that was taped together, dust accumulated on the furniture and under the desks. The fridge was not working and despite requesting a change, I was informed that there was no staff or fridges available. In addition, I found strange objects on the floor upon arrival, such as pieces of confetti and what appeared to be a piece of a glove. The sofa had white stains and the towels were frayed, some even with holes in them. When I asked to change them or get additional towels, I was informed that this would have an extra cost and could only be requested during cleaning hours. The staff, except for Gonzalo, who greeted me in the early morning, were extremely disrespectful. Upon demanding to speak to the supervisor, I was informed that she was not at the hotel and she refused to speak to me, which I consider to be totally disrespectful. We were staying in 8 rooms with my family, and they wanted to charge us an additional $200 for having a baby in the reservation, for which they did not have a crib available. The only reason we did not leave is that this was the only hotel close to where we needed to be for a family event.
