There are 3 of us, the apartment was small but comfortable. The bed was comfortable but the sheet that covered the mattress, which had no elastic, came off and was a bit annoying. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the sofa bed was ready for our daughter. The location is excellent. We were very satisfied.

We stayed 4 people in an apartment for 4. The hot water was barely enough for 1 person to bathe and then you had to wait more than 90 minutes for the water to be hot again. The kitchen was poorly equipped. The cleaning service was paid for separately. The rest was fine.

The reservation process was very bad. We had already paid for everything and when we arrived they did not acknowledge the reservation and payment. The receptionist treated us very badly, he was not qualified, he seemed overwhelmed and did not know how to handle himself. And then he simply ignored us. We spent 3 days wasting time calling, presenting credit card statements and invoices and only when we left did they apologize for the administrative error. The place is beautiful but we had a bad time.

Terrible experience. We left without even going in. When we arrived, the receptionist took us to a room that was already occupied and opened the door while the guests were still in the room. He didn't know what to do and left us waiting in the service hall until he came back with another key. We lost confidence in the safety of the place and went looking for another hotel, with 2 children and on a busy day, meaning there were no vacancies. I do not recommend this place to anyone!
