The Faena is a stylish hotel which is now feeling a little old compared to when it opened. The room designs waste a fair amount of space and plumbing is showing signs of wear. The pool is a purely instagram facility which provides no exercise space whatsoever.
Having said all this, Faena is still conveys good quality overall. A lifestyle hotel in effectively a business district means that it falls between two stools but is probably still one of the top spots in Buenos Aires.

Good property. I was thinking more of it like the Faena in Miami FL. The windows in this hotel are very thin. You hear everything outside, cars driving, cars racing, car mufflers. Overall a good experience.

Spectacular location. Absolute luxury and exceptional service. The restaurants are excellent, and their Rojo Tango show is the best in town.

This is an amazing hotel!! Restaurants are impressive! Bar was phenomenal!!! Even the tango show!!!! The pool has to be the place to be!!!

The room was two story with narrow steps, 17 I think.
The switches were very, very hard to make work. Otherwise it was an elegant room, well kept.
What really, really upset us is that they only provided room coffee on day one, then they wanted to charge us for the extra days. This was a very expensive hotel by our standards. They should not be so cheap. When we complained, the lady was less than gracious. Also, they sent the maid each day with two bottles of of "free" water instead of leaving it in the room. We had left a good tip each day, and felt pressured to give another tip.
