Lovely hotel will stay again

Hotel is nice but the service is extremely terrible. They will charge your credit card without any consent. Frontdesk staff didn't actively provide any assistance and barely check you in. Please don't book this hotel. It's not worth it.

Overall it's okay, but the shower head is too bad

If you want to shop, you can go to the pedestrian street where the nearby Pacific Arcade is located. The hotel service is also very considerate. Seeing that you are a foreigner, they will take the initiative to call a taxi for you, so as to avoid poor communication with the taxi driver and avoid being ripped off by the taxi driver. Not all rooms are equipped with electric kettles. Compatriots who want to drink hot water can bring a thermos to the bar to ask for hot water.
