Horrible. Habitación muy chica. Falta mantenimiento. Al menos estaba limpio. No volvere, a pesar de la amabilidad del personal y la buena ubicación del hotel. Demasiado caro para lo que ofrece. Hotel muy pero muy malo. Las fotos en la web distan mucho de la realidad. Es un hotel viejo sin mantenimiento y muy dejado. Lo ofrecen como 3 estrellas pero de casualidad llega a 2. Estuvimos sin internet y sin cable (tv) por varias horas y finalmente cuando volvió el servicio, wifi era muy inestable casi imposible de usar. Los baños no tienen bañera, que no sería un problema salvo que cuando uno se ducha toda el agua inunda el baño. La habitación tenía numerosos detalles de falta de mantenimiento (humedad, picaportes rotos, luces que no andaban, etc.) y estaba ubicada en el primer piso donde había un equipo de servicio que hacía un ruido insoportable. No ofrece desayuno incluído y no posee cochera. Lo único positivo es la ubicación, a 4 cuadras del obelisco. Definitivamente no volvería.

Hotel muy bien situado, a escasos minutos caminando del obelisco, bien comunicado por transporte público. El personal del hotel como en anteriores visitas siempre muy amable y atento con los clientes, haciendo que la estancia sea aún más agradable, gracias Víctor y toro el equipo de recepción por la amabilidad y excelente trato! Aunque el hotel tenga un mobiliario antiguo, está siempre muy limpio, y las habitaciones son amplias, con camas cómodas y todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en la ciudad.

Un desastre el hotel. Las fotos no reflejan en absoluto el estado del mismo. Completamente sucio, abandonado, cañerias, paredes, puertas rotas. Un engaño total. No lo recomiendo. Parece salido de una pelicula de terror.

Soy viajero frecuente con alta experiencia hotelera Jamas tuve dificultad con trivago ni con booking Confie en la Marca DESPEGAR y en las fotos que Ustedes publicaron por eso es que contratate y pague 88.000 pesos Facturas de tu alojamiento en Buenos Aires (nro. de reserva 965657221300) Es la PEOR EXPERIENCIA EN MI VIDA HOTELERA 1.- El hotel cambia las sabanas de la cama cada tres dias, me fui a quejar y responden que esa es la politica del hotel 2.- El agua caliente de la ducha sale a gotas, el agua fria sale a chorros 3.- El baño de la habitacion NO TIENE PUERTA 4.-la habitacion es oscura, el acolchado de la cama es oscuro, viejo y sucio 5.- El sillon es antiguo y con un tapizado oscuro y sucio, Y tiene un HUECO y tiene mal olor 6.- Es un cuarto interno sin ventilacion solo aire acondicionado 7.- Los armarios para guardar la ropa son dos tablas de madera muy ordinarias 8.- El televisor tiene mal sonido y se distorciona la vision 9.- La heladera esta sucia por dentro y tiene partes oxidadas POR CONFIAR EN DESPEGAR PAGUE 88.000 PESOS ...¿Es justo esto? ¿creen que este hotel vale pagar ese dinero?
