Rude staff, mold in the bathroom, moth eaten curtains. How this hotel can claim a four star rating is beyond me! I had to change my room twice to get a room that was even half decent. The hotel is also situated on a main road and was extremely noisy. Never again!

I stayed for 1 day with my children. It is a hotel that 20 years ago belonged to an international chain and was very good. Now he stayed in time. Curtains, padding, carpets, furniture... all very gloomy and sad. Low light. The room was large, the king bed was 2 singles joined together. The third bed had a sagging mattress. There were no nightstands. The large bathroom and the broken hair dryer. There was an electric kettle with 3 teas. Breakfast is served in a very noisy room, with many people. I didn't think it was very good. I have never seen ham and cheese served in chopped-type squares instead of slices for breakfast. There are a lot of people in the hall, I didn't feel like staying. I highlight as positive the good disposition of the staff. Although it is a budget hotel, and for the value you cannot demand much, I would look for other options.

I only look at the view of the room. Very poor breakfast, without sweet milk and butter, in Argentina that does not exist. To be at the lobby tables you have to consume something otherwise they will take you out, that was my case. That had never happened to me. Disappointment!

Spacious and comfortable rooms, the bathroom is also spacious and with all the amenities. Excellent daily cleaning. The abundant and exquisite breakfast. We took a full board regime, very good menu, complete and abundant. The attention of the staff was excellent at all times, always willing to resolve any concern or need. Excellent location. I would return without a doubt.

We stayed at this hotel from Monday 2/20 to 2/22...three nights, room 910 I do not recommend it and I detail below the negative points: Carpeted and not very hygienic rooms, stained armchair In the hallways on the way to the elevator the heat It is suffocating and the smells are unbearable Super uncomfortable mattresses Very poor breakfast, non-existent variety of fruits, synthetic juice But the most unfortunate thing is that on the last day (2/22) in the afternoon when I turned on the bathroom tap, the water came out brown and then black ..incredible !!!! When we called the concierge they told us that they were making arrangements and that they were going to contact the maintenance sector. In fact, a worker came and told us to run the water for a while. That's how we did it for 15 minutes!! until it began to become clearer, but the fact is that this cannot happen, in a hotel that is said to be 3 and a half stars...unfortunate. I forgot to mention that when checking in for one of the rooms we reserved (16th floor ) At 4:15 p.m. it was not yet ready, around 5 p.m. my son was only able to access it. The reception's excuse was that there were a lot of people that weekend...no words. The only positive thing about this hotel was the air conditioning in the room that worked well and the power of the shower water. Summary: I do not recommend it, expensive for how little they offer

Of 4 stars only the price, my stay in this hotel was terrible. The cleaning staff removed a bag with my children's clothes from the room and they were not responsible. They kept me calling the front desk for weeks trying to get a response regarding the serious insecurity I suffered during my stay and they never gave me a solution. Unfortunately, I had to return home because I had a 700 km trip ahead of me, so I could not stay there until I found a solution.

We traveled with my wife and the kids (8 years old) the first week of February, passing through for a day on the way to the Atlantic Coast. We chose the hotel because of its location, to take kids to see the Children's Museum. Very hot day!! lobby was an oven, doors open to Corriente Street and its characteristic infernal noise!! Room: quite spacious, clean, but with furniture, curtains and bedspreads from another era (old), which gives the room a bad look. Bathroom: spacious, clean, with a large hydromassage bathtub, but with a plastic curtain (not a screen) when you showered the entire floor got wet. Breakfast: very little variety of options, rather a common breakfast, NOT a 5-star hotel breakfast, the trays were emptied quickly (there were many guests, mostly foreigners) and the waitresses took a while to replenish the food (more busy chatting among themselves behind the bar) Pool: I only went to see what it was like, very small and inappropriate for a high class hotel, with how hot it was, I counted 12 people inside and the truth is that there was no room for any more. Check out: it took us forever!! and they charged us for the garage, which they had not notified us before. The employees seem to work reluctantly, zero emotion!!! The truth is, it is no longer a 5 star hotel!! Hopefully it's a 3 star, it only has the memory of a better past left, a real shame.
