The hotel is located in the city center. It is convenient to go everywhere. There is a performance venue for watching TANGO opposite. I am very satisfied with my stay this time.

It was really eye-opening and refreshed my service experience with Marriott and Ctrip! ! ! First of all, this hotel is one of the most expensive in the area and is a world-famous Marriott hotel. The bathroom space is cramped and I can't even turn around without fear of hitting the door. The faucet is so old that it feels like I am a generation away. I thought I would just spend two nights here. I settled in with peace of mind, but when I took a shower at night, the shower curtain fell off with a slight touch, and the rod almost hit my head. The bath towel was white and black with a sense of age, but there were obvious stains. I originally ordered two orders. I booked for 3 nights and decided to check out after the first night. After being repeatedly confirmed by Ctrip to no avail, I decided to check out. After breakfast, confirm with the front desk staff that you can check out, and the fees for no-show dates will not be deducted! Then check out at around 10 am local time! As a result, Ctrip coordinated a few days to inform us: the fee is non-refundable! ! ! They gave me half the money out of kindness. When checking out, I checked again and again. The hotel clearly stated that the money is still with the agent and will only charge the agent for one night! @CtripOfficial, if this is not the official processing method that you agree with, please carefully re-process and give new processing results. If this is what you agree with, a friendly reminder that this involves defrauding consumers, and relevant responsibilities will be investigated according to law after returning to China!

Very good hotel, especially the location is especially suitable for tourists, the Obelisk landmark is just outside the door, the Cologne Theater is opposite, and there are everything to eat, play, and shop nearby.

Very disappointing hotel, outdated equipment, almost no soundproofing, door gaps wide enough to stick your fingers in, central air conditioning outside the window is too noisy to rest, breakfast is very poor. Will never stay a second time. The price of more than 1600 is just ridiculous.

Centrally located to theaters, restaurants, shows, and important places to visit in Buenos Aires. The hotel has two towers and front desk staff were excellent. They helped me when my cell phone was stolen. The rooms are clean, everyday housekeeping, and linens smelled fresh. There is a swimming pool on the top floor and the views from there are excellent. Just be careful walking the side streets. Plenty of pickpockets. Rare to hide yourself as a local. You will be watched and followed. My cell phone was stolen in a busy restaurant. The Tango Porteno show and the Theater Colon are across the July 9 Street and the Obelisk is just in front of the hotel. You can walk to most places of Buenos Aires from here. The main international airport is about an hour drive from the hotel. There is a local airport about 10 minutes by Taxi. The location impressed me and I enjoyed my stay here.
Response from Property: Dear Sundncr, On behalf of the entire hotel team, I want to thank you for sharing your experience with us. It is always encouraging to hear positive feedback. It has been shared with all the departments involved as a way of celebrating the great guest experiences we delivered. Once again, I appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. We hope to welcome you again soon. Cordially, Guest Relations Department

The Marriott is in an excellent location across from the Opera House and an excellent flamingo theatre, and walkable distances to the obelisk and a variety of neighborhoods. The hotel has numerous amenities. Food was average, the Club room fair, and the service strong. The biggest concern we had was the inability of the staff to help with cash needs. The ATM was out of cash, and the hotel staff was stymied in trying to help us. Also, they were not able to cash money at the hotel, which was amazing to us. Fortunately, we were able to get a guide to help us find a money exchange after a day of frustration.
Response from Property: Dear Mr. William, Thank you very much for your rating, we are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay with us! We are sorry for any inconvenience you may have had during your stay. We will share your comments so that this does not happen again in the near future. We look forward to welcoming you again. "During my 4 nights stay I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional service and luxurious amenities. From the moment I stepped into the elegant lobby, I felt welcomed by the attentive staff. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The hotel's dining options exceeded my expectations, with a diverse menu featuring delicious dishes crafted with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The hotel also boasts fantastic leisure facilities, including a well-equipped gym, a relaxing spa and the breathtaking view from the pool area. Overall, my experience was nothing short of exceptional, and I look forward to returning in the future." The hotel location is in the heart of the city center and 1min walk to the Iconic Obelisk tower. Special mention to Celeste the Receptionist Thank you so much for making my Birthday so memorable and extra special and also to all the staff they are all incredible. Well done! 👏

I would strongly recommend staying at the Marriott, my partner and I had a great time there. The hotel's location is great, the area is very central (not the most beautiful part of Buenos Aires but certainly the center so close to everything), close to the Northern neighborhoods of Recoleta and Palermo, but also close to the Southern ones like San Telmo. The hotel is beautiful and the receptionists are very nice. The rooms are big and comfortable, the gym is very well equipped (not just a few machines) and the swimming pool has very nice views.

This hotel is conveniently located right on the main boulevard (the widest one in the world, so I'm told), just steps from the Obelisk. It is modern and clean, and has all the amenities you might need. If you eat in the restaurant, be sure to order the steak—it is a massive 700g piece of the finest Argentine beef you will ever taste. It was so big we decided to get just one and split it. The rooms are equipped with the Type I (not the same as Euro) plugs. I needed a different adapter; fortunately the maid was able to give me one.
Response from Property: Dear Guest, C5mjb Thank you very much for your kind words and for choosing our hotel. We are glad to know that you enjoyed your stay, our location, and the food at Luciérnaga Restaurante. We also appreciate you highlighting the assistance from our staff. We look forward to welcoming you again soon. Best regards Cristiano Patricio Guest Relations Department. guestrelations@buenosairesmarriott.com 54 11 4348-5000

I hold marriott membership with gold elite status and was given a tiny old room over looking city view with old dilapitated moldy buildings. The bathroom had only one sink and very little room to place personal items. There was very little room to open two suitcases even on the floor. This is my second disappointment with Marriott, after Bilbao Marriott within the last 12 months

This hotel represents the best of Marriott. Superb service, clean rooms, excellent facilities, and more. Aged but regal hotel properly cared for and remodeled over time. Walking distance to 80% of sites and experiences for being a tourist in BA. Just a quick 3-5 minute walk to a Hop-On/Off Bus Stop (if that's your thing) and 1-2 minutes to the underground transportation system) and staff is helpful with advice and directions. This hotel is on the MAIN street of BA, just a block from the walking route and the counterpoint of most activities (a national historic monument and icon of BA in the Plaza de la República in the intersection of avenues Corrientes and 9 de Julio). Good dining options. Breakfast is a typical Marriott buffet with table-side orders/options, and some local ARG items added in. Coffee machines are handy, easy to operate, and yield tasty options. Wine, wine, WINE at serval locations within hotel are fantastic. In this area, you cannot go wrong. Local bartenders are helpful to get you to good wine bottles are reasonable prices -- EVEN at a Marriot! All considered... you cannot go wrong with this facility.
