Compared to other hotels in the area, the rooms are really spacious. That's the only plus. Towels and linen are grey and stale. Breakfasts are continental, meaning there's practically nothing. Toast, butter, jam, cereal. The pastries are disgusting, dried out and stale. Internet only works in the lobby. It keeps disconnecting in the rooms. There's some noise in the hallway in the morning, as if they start cleaning at 7:00. I don't recommend it.

Located in Microcentro, the hotels offers possibilies to explore the city by foot as well as by public ttransport. It is close to metro, which takes you easily anywhere you want to go. The nearby pedestrian zones offer a variety of shops for every need. Just opposite the hotel, there is a little supermarket, there are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. Our room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the staff were amiable and obliging.

Value for money
Clean and has everything you need from a hotel. In room fridge and coffee/tea facilities Continental self service breakfast. Very friendly staff on hand who are happy to help in anyway they can. Sadly there is no free shuttle service to/from airport as advertised. I emailed before arriving to confirm and did not get a reply. Reasonable price from airport taxi and plenty available. Use caution in the area after dark.
