The staff were excellent. They were really helpful and friendly and went out of their way to answer all of our questions. The room and bathroom were very clean and the bed was comfortable. Room is very spacious, bed comfortable and you have complimentary minibar with water and juice. Staff was very nice and helpful, I left my bag with them after checkout without any problem

Reception staff very attentive and pleasant. Small but cozy room, clean, with minibar. Soluble coffee, tea and biscuits included. Good mattress, as well as pillows. The window allows you to hear a little noise from the city at night, but it didn't disturb your sleep. I can stay here again without any problems.

I liked everything... it exceeded my expectations... staff, location, bed, shower, room, excellent... everything is very close... snack bars, great restaurants, big and small markets, excellent pizzerias, great places for breakfast, subway, parks, pharmacies... it's really worth it...

Hotel very well located with a very good value for money. Some rooms lack maintenance and face the train track with the noise that this implies. Very friendly and attentive staff. It does not have breakfast although there are very good places nearby. It lacks a garage although there are in the area.

Very well located, close to restaurants, markets and shops in general, this friendly hotel in Palermo is a good option when looking for value for money and practicality. The rooms, despite not being big, are comfortable and clean, with a good bathroom. And a special caveat for the service. EVERYONE at the reception is very friendly, helpful and always willing to give different directions. They are to be congratulated. Improvement suggestions: Mattress needs to be changed. It is very used and with ups and downs (at least the one in room 302). A small plate and cutlery in the rooms would greatly facilitate the preparation of breakfast with the items that are available (coffee, tea, cookies, jams...).

Excelente localizacao, pois fica próximo da estação de metrô e do shopping. Funcionarios educados e atenciosos. O quarto é confortável, porém, a janela do quarto fica em frente a prédio residencial. O checkout é às 10h. Podemos deixar as bagagem após o check-out.
