This was officially the first hotel I ever stayed in. Room was very run down, shower broken,WiFi only worked on the first floor, location is very convenient but not safe at all, especially for families with kids. No hairdryer in the room. When u came down to the reception to ask for the thirstier, they had 4 and all of them were unsafe to use. Only one power outlet worked in the room. I strongly suggest to stay away from this property as it is terrible inside and location is dangerous.

Could be better I reserved a room pictured on the exp website and was offered different and was told all rooms are the same or similr. Internet is very slow at 11 mps. Room color is violet and lighting seems dim. Its okay I guess if you need an economical place

The staff was very friendly. I made international calls and the property didn't charged me because it was for my family. That is so nice of them!!! The area felt safe for me during the day. I didn't go out out late at night but that's a general rule of thumb when you travel internationally. I like the area because there's many places to eat, many stores, and public transportation is nearby. The hotel is old and the amenities are outdated but that's it has it's own charm. If you are looking for modern hotel and amenities, this is not it. But you are out exploring places anyway and then come back for the night to rest and sleep this is it.

The truth is, what was expected in the image was great when we selected the reservation.
Upon arriving at the room, with a musty smell, only a fleece blanket for the bed, it had no heating, it was very cold and it was only heated with a very deteriorated air conditioning. I was in room 207. It wasn't what was expected.

They had no wifi, no telephone, the television was from the year of Methuselah. The only good thing was Sofia the receptionist who had golden patience.

The room is not very well lit, the beds are not very comfortable and we were only given one small pillow per bed. The bathroom shower door did not close or cover properly, so the bathroom flooded with each bath.
