Hotel Casa Lucia is a good hotel with the potential to be a great hotel. The positives include very friendly staff, beautiful lobby with great bar and good restaurant. Our bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and somewhat updated. The areas of improvement that keep it from being a great hotel include the carpets are worn, dirty and dated especially in our room. The hall carpets were only vacuumed once in our six day stay and given they are black the other 5 days the debris on the carpet was very visible. The staff, while very friendly, were not reliable to do what they said they would do. The negatives, while not major, keep this from being a great hotel. The location is excellent by the way.

A beautiful hotel; quiet rooms and comfortable beds in a great central location from which to explore the city. The staff were friendly and helped make our first trip to Buenos Aires very special. Wouldn’t hesitate to return or recommend..

As a Hilton Lifetime Diamond it is normal to be upgraded to best available. However, I have never been upgraded to the Penthouse. Nice way to start your day. Everyone lon the hotel went out of their way to make us comfortable and special….almost like we were the only guests in the hotel. A highlight was being served lunch by Marina. Then we were invited to special wine tasting that evening. A perfect end to an already outstanding visit to Brazil and Argentina.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Casa Lucia. The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and very generous. The hotel is located on a lovely quiet street. I looked forward to retuning back to our room each night where there was candy on our bed from the turndown service. If there were two areas for improvement: the bathroom itself was very large, spacious and plush, but the shower was comically small. Also for a hotel that caters to a very international clientele, there was not one tv station in English.

Having traveled extensively with my wife, I’ve stayed in many hotels, but my week at Hotel Casa Lucia in BA was truly memorable. Upon entering my junior suite room, I felt a warm sense of comfort that made it feel like a home away from home. The hotel’s location in Arroyo street (Parisian flair) made it easy to enjoy the city’s vibrant energy. Each morning, I eagerly anticipated the buffet breakfast. The staff were friendly, adding a personal touch to each interaction. I especially enjoyed talking with Carolina, the bartender, whose passion for mixology led to some fantastic cocktails in Cantabria. The attention of Agustina to detail and genuine service made my stay unforgettable. It wasn’t just about comfort; the thoughtful touches and culinary experiences left lasting memories, and I can’t wait to return to BA.

The Location of the hotel is great, The hotel is clean and beautiful, The staff are nice and friendly. The bar is open late and they have wonderful selection of drinks, the music and the overall atmosphere are pleasant and provide great option for informal meetings and winddown at the end of the day.
