The rooms are spacious and bright, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The location of the hotel is convenient, the Capitol and the Obelisk are all within walking distance. Breakfast is quite rich, but the lack of hot food is also the only deficiency. Pepito - Restaurant y Parrilla al Carbón, a rotisserie in the north of the hotel, is a traditional old restaurant with grilled rib-eye steaks that are tender and juicy, not expensive, and recommended. If you come to Buenos Aires next time, you will choose this hotel.

This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

Terrific property, service and amenities. Suites are lovely, so is The Club Floor. Breakfast room downstairs is fulsome and the space tranquil. Can’t beat the service from Concierges Christian and Pablo, Butler Nelson (supremely professional guys who have worked there for years/decades) the bellman and housekeeping teams also are fantastic. Twice over the course of seven nights I had an small problem in my room and the maintenance team was there in 10-15 minutes to quickly rectify. Having first visited about 20 years ago and returned several times, this property continues to be very well managed and operated. Kudos to the GM and the entire Intercon BA team. As an aside, two extraordinary evenings spent dining (again) at Don Julio and at Aramburu (recommended by Christian)

We just spent a week in Buenos Aires and this hotel was a pleasant surprise. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was terrific. The room was a bit small but still quite manageable. Bring slippers, as the tile floor in the room gets quite cold. I'd also recommend you bring a few coat hangars with you, the wire type you get from your dry cleaners that you don't mind leaving behind. There isn't a hairdryer in the room but you can get one from the front desk. You can also get an iron and ironing board from housekeeping if you need them. There is no U.S. type electrical outlet in the room but there is one European type. The included breakfast was adequate--pastries, cold cuts, dry cereal, cheese, coffee, tea, and fresh-squeezed orange juice. If you arrive early, the front desk will store your luggage for you until your room is ready. There are plenty of attractions within walking distance of the hotel, as well as excellent restaurants. Just a block away is a small, family-run place called Viejo Alsina that features excellent food at a very inexpensive price. The famous San Telmo Market is an easy half-,mile walk. For some reason Uber cannot pick you up or drop you off near the hotel. It's about a quarter-mile to the nearest pickup point. However, the car service (Talixo) we booked to and from the airport was allowed to pull up at the lobby door. That was $74 round trip. All in all, this hotel was perfect and the price was a bargain ($321 for the week). That may have been the winter rate, but winter is the best time to visit BA.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! The hotel is well located, the rooms are clean and the facilities are in good condition. I had a problem at the arrival because I reserved a room for 4 people for the trip and at the hotel they told me that it was not allowed to stay 4 people in one room. The attendants gave me the option of booking 2 rooms or cancelling the accommodation. Now imagine: where would I go with my family at 20:00 in another country? I was quite angry with that. I had to book two rooms, pay more and spend: when I arrived in the first room I had two king beds, i.e. I and my family would be in one room without problems. Trip should notice this before selling accommodation so that the customer is not harmed.

The overall layout of the room is reasonable. Although the hotel is old, the overall maintenance is still relatively good. The location is quite superior. It is safe to play and eat near the door. The only bad thing is that the air conditioner in the room was broken at the time, and the air conditioner was running very noisy. Hotel breakfast is also very rich, there is a 24-hour convenience store! Very suitable for travel and vacation.

Incredible attention from the staff! From prior contact before arriving and during your stay. Every day they ask if you need anything... They guide you without hesitation to reach any destination you want to visit. The warmth and predisposition. Featured. The impeccable apartment!!!! I come back! No doubts!
