A equipe do hotel é excelente, todos muito solícitos e prontos a participar da experiência da família. O único ponto de atenção é para o restaurante, faltou um pouco de cuidado com os alimentos, vimos batatas fritas queimadas sendo servidas, as frutas foram colocadas a disposição sem serem higienizadas, sei disso pq cada maçã ainda estava com o selo do produtor. Além disso, a cozinha tem acesso visual para o hóspede ver como é lá dentro, em uma das alas podia-se ver a "bagunça" de potes, cadernos e até celular sobre a bancada.... Um detalhe que um supervisor de A&B bem treinado pode resolver.

O item aventura, atividades, tirolesas, equipe responsável pelas atividades ok! Muito simpáticos e seguros em orientar todas as atividades, porém a estrutura física do hotel está muito ruim, estive há uns 7 anos atrás e voltei agora com as mesmas condições de instalação da época que estive anteriormente, sem nenhuma manutenção visível. Quarto e banheiro muito precário (fiquei no chalé), colchão da cama bem fino, lençol com manchas e móveis bem velhos, comida OK mas bem simples, sem muitas opções de variedades, a estrutura física do restaurante é precária com móveis bem velhos. A "prainha" está com cadeiras quebradas, sem condições de uso, quiosque com cadeiras quebradas também. Resumindo: atividades de aventura e equipe de profissionais estão ok, muito simpáticos, estrutura do hotel precisa de uma manutenção URGENTE (quartos, banheiro e restaurante), todos os funcionários muito simpáticos.

O hotel conquista a gente pelo o jeito simples e mineiro de ser, porém, agradaria ao hospede, um chocolate, bombom ou outros mimos de boas vindas, nas refeições devia oferecer alguma bebida grátis; como água ou um simples suco natural.

1 - No primeiro dia, fomos jantar e tinha um mínimo de refeição, sem reposição. Nos servimos muito mal. 2 - Encomentamos uns queijos na lojinha e combinamos um horário para retirada do mesmo, fomos até o local e horário combinado e ficamos aguardando por volta de 30 min, e ninguém aparaeceu para abrir a lojinha. 3 - Ao realizarmos checkout para nossa surpresa, solicitaram que pagassemos uma valor a mais, sugerido como "cortesia" "caixinha" de R$300,00 achei um absurdo, no momento do constrangimento acabaei pagando R$50,00 o qual me arrependi depois. Pq já estava muito bem pago a nossa estadia... Na verdade esperávamos muito mais do local, atendimento e recepção de vocês... Uma pena, pois estávamos ansiosos para nosso passeio... Bom custo benefício, 4 excelentes refeições com fartura, funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Excelente pra quem quer viajar com seu cachorro, pois tem trilhas e uma prainha muito gostosa, onde ele pode brincar e nadar à vontade. É um local pra curtir a natureza. Shorts, legging, camiseta, chinelo e tênis são suficientes na mala. É um local pra quem não tem frescura. Já é a 5° vez que vou com meu cachorro e recomendo!
