Disappointing Despite a lovely room & stunning views. Customer service was at a lower level than we expected & food wasn’t great. I’m sure there’s better within the Melia group. Be careful when leaving a car with them. Ours was damaged & reported. At no stage was there any possibility that they accept any responsibility, despite our insurance covering the dent. Despite reception having our keys and the car being in their care. Astonishing attitude from Management!

All service was 100%. The room perfect and I enjoyed playing golf everyday for a week. We had the dinner buffet included, once a spa and unlimited golf. The views are stunning, the quality of the golf course great. Breakfast and buffet were high quality. I hope we'll get a change to go again soon.

The food was terrible - there were flies all over the food buffet - when I complained I was told 'its summer' I have stayed at many hotels and other Melia which dont suffer with having flies all over the food with no attempt to protect the food - my partner had a bad stomach so we checked out after 1 night with no offer of refunding at least 1 buffet meal of 40 euros as all I had was bread because it was a fresh loaf that the flies hadnt been on! We would not recommend the Melia in Tenerife AT ALL!

I recently stayed at Hotel Hacienda del Conde, and although the housekeeping service and reception were excellent, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The food at the restaurant left much to be desired: the dishes were bland and did not reflect the quality expected from a hotel of this category. Additionally, the service from the waitstaff was poor, with long wait times and an unprofessional attitude. Unfortunately, these negative aspects overshadowed what could have been a pleasant stay.

Although the rooms at Hacienda del Conde are large, spacious, and offer beautiful views, the overall experience was disappointing. The service at the restaurant was terrible, with disinterested staff and cooks who didn’t know how to properly prepare orders on the grill, resulting in poorly cooked dishes. Additionally, it’s important to note that this hotel is clearly geared towards golfers, so it's not the best choice for those who don’t practice this sport. In summary, a disappointment despite the comfortable rooms.

I stayed at the Hacienda del Conde Hotel, and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested, unprofessional, and not up to the standards expected from a hotel of this category. We often had to wait too long to receive attention, and when we finally did, it wasn't exactly with a smile. The food at the buffet was another negative point. The quality of the dishes was quite mediocre, with no variety or freshness. It was evident that the ingredients were not of the best quality, and the presentation was lacking. The chefs seemed unmotivated and showed no interest in offering a good culinary experience. In summary, an experience far below what I expected from a place that markets itself as a luxury hotel.

The Hacienda del Conde Hotel was a huge disappointment. From the moment we arrived, the service was mediocre, and the staff showed little willingness to meet our needs. The facilities, although advertised as luxurious, were clearly neglected and in poor condition. The room, far from being comfortable, had an unpleasant odor, and the furniture looked outdated and worn. The air conditioning didn’t work properly, making our stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the hotel’s restaurant was another major letdown, with a limited menu and low-quality food. To top it off, the price paid was in no way justified by the experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a pleasant stay.

The restaurant, both the buffet and the à la carte options, offers an extremely limited selection of food with little variety. The dishes are poorly cooked, leaving much to be desired in terms of flavor and presentation. Additionally, the mornings are disrupted by the constant noise from the housekeeping staff, which is quite annoying. The service from the waitstaff is subpar, and some areas of the establishment clearly lack proper maintenance. Beatriz's attention in the restaurant was particularly rude and unprofessional, which further worsened the experience. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience in every aspect.

My recent stay at Hotel Hacienda del Conde was a great disappointment. The service in the dining area was extremely disorganized. We had to wait a long time to be attended to, and when we finally were, the orders were incorrect and took even longer to be corrected. The staff seemed confused and poorly coordinated. Even so, the place and the hotel are beautiful, but I can't recommend it due to the terrible service.
