The facility needs little renovations. The location is good, the parking is easy

Front desk has great customer service! They are super nice and will go out of their way to help.

The hotel manager was rude I asked for a bath bench and a xtra pillow early evening she said that they don't have it and then told me to go home worst experience ever I called the corporate office and filled a report they don't accommodate handicapped awful

It's a great location for visiting nearby amusement parks. It's clean and cheap, so it's great for families. I am satisfied because the staff are very friendly.

I booked this hotel because it was close to my company on a business trip. I liked both the facilities and cleanliness for the price. Next time I have a business trip, I will use it again.. haha

The staff was very friendly and my stay was good. The only negative was that there was not a hair dryer in the room. I am sure there would've been one avaliable at the desk, but it would've been nice to have it there in the room. Everything else was very good.

Area is nice. Lots of places where you can eat. Staff in the morning are rude,very rude. Room is too small and kinda dirty.

Second time staying here and this facility is extremely cleaned. The morning breakfast is good. And I love that they have free coffee and water all day. Great stay and can’t wait to be back! Customer service is also top notch!

Great location. Okay breakfast. They just need at least one or two more toasters for the breakfast. Very friendly attendants. Pool not heated.

Property location for Knotts Berry Farm is excellent. Due to location and busy streets, lots of noise from traffic. Easy on and off freeway. Lots of dining near by. Free breakfast Small fitness center (one eliptical, two treadmill, dumbells), free always hot coffee.

Very close to major attractions and complimentary breakfast! The bathroom area is VERY small.. That is all I would change.

Easy check in. Fantastic customer service all around. Leilani was the niceset and she made the check in quick, easy, and convenient. She deserves more than kudos.
