Hilton Buena Park Anaheim

I used all the facilities well. However, I was very upset by the American hotel staff's response. I used this hotel while visiting my sister's family in LA. I had breakfast with my sister's family in the morning. My sister's husband (brother-in-law) suddenly got a stomachache and tried to use the bathroom on the first floor, but there was a cleaning sign, so I asked the cleaning lady to use another place, but there was none, so I couldn't stand it anymore and avoided the place with the withdrawal sign and left. A woman who seemed to be the manager yelled at me and made a fuss. She asked if I was a guest here and why I was using it~ So my sister-in-law said she was staying there, so we confirmed it and I stopped her so that a bigger fight wouldn't happen, and I left. I realized that there is a problem with the basic staff training here when I saw the hotel manager talking rudely to a guest who had to take care of urgent business, as if scolding him~ I didn't like seeing her protesting all the way to the end as if she did a good job. I need to use the bathroom urgently~~ What do you want me to do? Are you telling me to pee in my pants? Shouldn't there be a proper amount of nipples~~ They're not just anyone else's, they're the guests' family!!!

The room was big and clean. The parking fee was $25, but there was an extra $3. I don't know what the fee was. Overall, it was very suitable for family travel. The pillows and bed were very soft and comfortable.

The hotel is very new. You don’t have to worry about hygiene or anything else. The rooms have all the facilities you should have. It's not particularly close to Disneyland, but it's a good distance. There's no shuttle bus to the park, so you need to drive there. The hotel has a parking lot for 25 dollars per day. There is a dedicated person responsible for parking for you. Public security is also very good Stayed for three nights in a row, very good value for money
