Villa Iper

Hotel about 10 minutes walk from the seafront and 20 from the Ciutadella of Budva in an area full of shops and markets, but difficult to find because it is located in a secondary side street and has no sign. Small car park with limited availability of spaces (you have to leave the car keys at the reception because they have to constantly move the cars to get them in and out while playing tetris). Our room was located on the 5th floor without a lift and was on the attic. Being tiny, the air conditioner was next to the bed above the bedside table and it was impossible to go outside the terrace because the air conditioner motor was blowing hot air at ankle height. Cleanliness to be reviewed. Inedible breakfast, not very varied, with stale and even moldy products. Tiny swimming pool with green water, more use of pond than for bathing... The only positive note is the kindness and helpfulness of the handyman at the reception. Overall, a bad experience, but luckily we only stayed one night!

Buona posizione , comoda la piccola piscina , ottimo il prezzo ma la stanza aveva qualche malfunzionamento… ma in quel prezzo ci stava , inoltre la colazione presso il ristorante convenzionato era abbondante e compresa nel prezzo … noi poi ci andavamo anche a cena visti i prezzi irrisori

Старый,со сломанной мебелью,плесенью в ванной отель Уборка не проводилась качественно за неделю ни разу На полу после уборки оставалась пыль и грязь Было заявлено,что завтрак включен,но по факту завтрак был в 200 метрах в кафе,где есть невозможно было. Прибыла с ребенком в 10 утра на ресепшен,заселили только после 14:00,несмотря на то что номер был свободен Персонал недоброжелателен! Лифта в отеле нет,чемоданы по лестнице на 4 этаж несли сами Море и природа понравилось,но возвращаться с пляжа было неприятно Не рекомендую !
