Some advertistements for this 'hotel' are very misleading. This advert for example suggests that all rooms have a fridge and "free wifi". We had a standard room - there was no fridge or WiFi available. Only those bungalows which were closest to the reception area had WiFi. No fridge (a basic amenity??) When the nearest supermarket for us was a 35min walk (in August temperatures, this wasn't fun) we then had nowhere to actually store water/food to keep it cool. Luckily, the air conditioning is very good. I feel it should also be noted how secluded the hotel is and that very few facilities surround it. Unless you are able or willing to hire a car and drive (add €200/day onto your budget), you are in for a lot of sweaty walking in order to do or see anything - this area has rough terrain at times and lots of hills. There is a free bus service which will take you to Budoni and back, however the bus services are very unreliable. We were stranded on one ccasion and faced an unsafe walk home in darkness of over an hour. Three times we attempetd to arrange a taxi service and three times we were refused due to the priority given to airport pick ups. The biggest selling point for the B&B is its close proximity to a beach. The nearest beach however had no facilities - nowhere to buy water, and no deck chairs to rent. We had to source our own umbrella for shade. There were no accessible toilets, only two portaloos. I assume that's what they were, anyway. Given the lack of facilities, the reception opening times and lack of guidance/area knowledge/support from the Budoni Beach staff, I would say that this is an Air B&B or a bed and breakfast stay at best. Not a hotel and certainly not a 3 star hotel given our experience in visiting hotels around Europe.

Esperienza pessima!! Non può essere definito Hotel un posto dove arrivi alle 15,30 e trovi tutto chiuso, nessuno alla reception, chiami al numero dell'hotel e ti risponde la proprietaria che dice che arriva subito qualcuno ad aprire, e chi arriva non si dimostra per niente collaborativo e fa anche battute sulle lamentele. Apertura e chiusura cancello è fai da te (per la serie scendi dall'auto, apri, parti, scendi , richiudi, ogni volta...) Camere minimal, anche se piuttosto nuove, senza particolari comfort (es. c'è un bollitore ma non ci sono tazze o bicchieri), non ci sono appendini in camera, né stendino per asciugamani e costumi, necessario quando ritorni dal mare. Colazione molto basic, senza prodotti tipici, anzi solo cose preconfezionate o decongelate. Al terzo giorno rientriamo alle 17:00 e la camera non era stata ancora rifatta... abbiamo dovuto aspettare mezz'ora al sole fino a quando non è stata pulita. Insomma, se non si è in grado di svolgere un mestiere perché insistere!!??

L'erba verde che si vede adesso è praticamente secca,posto ideale per chi ama l'indipendenza,le pulizie non sono delle migliori,la mia TV purtroppo non funzionava,colazione accettabile ma escluso il caffè,quello prendetelo ad un bar appena uscite,non ci sono stendini per appendere teli mare e costumi,quello basterebbe acquistarli anche in plastica e già avrebbero risolto,ragazze alla reception carine,gentili e disponibili,posto per dormire,fai colazione ed esci

Camera confortevole e pulita, fresca e luminosa. Ma la differenza la fanno le ragazze… Anita è stata precisa e professionale,gentile e premurosa, ha saputo della mia intolleranza e mi ha fatto trovare cestino con prodotti gluten free per colazione. Grazieeee!!!! Tornerò sicuramente a trovarVi

Keine 3 Sterne wert, kein Empfang, Rezeption geschlossen man muss selbst hinterher telefonieren wegen Anreise und Abreise! Frühstück das allerletzte, aufgebackener harter Mist. Kein Barbereich wie online beschrieben. Camping mit steinernen Mauern 👎👎👎

hotel molto tranquillo a Tanaunella,fraz. di Budoni, camere situate in villini attorno alla reception. Le camere sono molto accoglienti e pulite, ben arredate e con veranda molto carina,la nostra camera era basic per cui mancava il frigobar. Unica pecca la mancanza di una piscina!! il posto merita veramente, buona la colazione e personale sia alla reception che in sala colazioni, molto cordiale e gentilissimo . Da tornare...

Non so come abbia ottenuto le 3 stelle ma questa struttura non è davvero all’altezza delle aspettative! A parte il giardino, non ha nulla di bello. Entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato capelli attaccati alle piastrelle del bagno, sabbia e polvere a terra. Il divano letto è sporco e le tende presentano macchie scure (sembra sangue). Non c’è assolutamente il piacere di stare in stanza. La colazione davvero incommentabile, con succhi di frutta da discount, cornetti scongelati, tovaglie dei tavoli sporchissime. Rientrando in stanza abbiamo incontrato le addette alle pulizie che “pulivano” con una scopa vecchissima con le setole ormai piegate e piene di polvere. Hanno passato il mocho nella nostra stanza e una volta rientrati c’erano ancora capelli, polvere e sabbia ovunque. La doccia non ha mai conosciuto un anticalcare e persino la porta del bagno presentava macchie di non so che cosa. Confermo assenza di wi-fi, segnale telefonico e la presenza di un parcheggio che non ha alcuna luce e ci si ritrova nel buio pesto! Se non disponi di una torcia in camera non ci arrivi!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura una settimana. Parto con le note positive : - personale tutto al femminile gentilissimo - spiaggia di porto Ainu raggiungibile a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. - Condizionatore e cassaforte Passiamo alle note dolenti : - mobile predisposto per il frigo...vuoto ( i ghiacci su richiesta li tengono nel congelatore nella stanza delle colazioni ) - armadio non pervenuto ( abbiamo tenuto le valigie sul " divanetto" ci sono solo 8 grucce divise per due pensili accanto al letto - niente stendino ne fili ( noi leggendo le altre recensioni prima di partire ci siamo portati uno stendino da finestra che abbiamo attaccato fuori ) - Colazione non scarsa per quantità ma per qualità tutta con prodotti congelati e confezionati..di fresco solo la frutta ( una parte anche sciroppata ) e gli yogurt - Parcheggio completamente al buio..non c è nemmeno un lampione...quindi luce del telefono per arrivare alla camera. - Tende con buchi e tutte le parti in stoffa con almeno una macchia... - Pulizia camera e bagno...non sicuramente al top...si potrebbe fare molto meglio con poco. Conclusioni...sky in camera con tutto il pacchetto completo non è servita a colmare le tante lacune. Se curassero l'intero albergo come curano il prato che lo circonda e che fa parte dell'intero contesto in cui è stato costruito...sarebbe un'ottima struttura.

Camera pulita, graziosa, ma si affaccia su un viottolo con una soffocante siepe di oleandri, in camera non c'è il wifi e scarsa connessione telefonica, non ci sono stendini per costumi e asciugamani, negli armadi non c'è nessun ripiano, il bagno è piccolissimo e piuttosto scomodo, il parcheggio è totalmente buio e il cancello di notte va aperto spingendolo a mano. Colazione nella media ma ahimè da consumare su un praticello di plastica e con tovaglie di plastica. Il personale è gentile, ma da un hotel ci si aspetta altro, soprattutto se ci si vuole soggiornare per qualche giorno.
