Das Appartement war geräumig und sauber. Kücheneinrichtung vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr gut. Unser Zimmer befand sich im 4. Stock (Aufzug) mit einem kleinen Balkon. Für Autos stehen Parkplatze auf einem abgesperrten Platz zur Verfügung. Fahrräder können leider nicht in einem abgeschlossenen bzw. wettergeschützten Raum untergebracht werden. Das Zimmer ist gemäss Vermieterangaben klimatisiert (keine Klimaanlage, sondern über Bodenheizung). Die Klimatisierung funktioniert jedoch über die Bodenheizung und kann maximal eine Reduktion der Raumtemperatur um 2-3° C bewirken (frühestens nach 24 Stunden!). In dieser heissen Zeit nützt dies aber überhaupt nichts! Wegen den Mücken war es nachts nicht möglich eines der Fenster offen zu lassen, da keine Mücken-/Fliegengitter (wenigstens bei einem der Fenster) angebracht sind. Das wäre sich ein Verbesserungsvorschlag. Leider war das Wi-Fi nicht zu gebrauchen. Zum einem muss man immer wieder neu einloggen und zum anderen können viele Webseiten gar nicht geöffnet werden. Zur Altstadt von Mainz sind es ca. 8 km. Dort hat es genügend Parkhäuser. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man über mehrheitlich Fahrradwege in ca. 25-30 Minuten in die Altstadt gelangen. Die Fahrradwege sind aber teilweise sehr holprig.
