Days Inn by Wyndham Budd Lake

Staff wasn’t helpful in changing our room since it looked to a flooded roof. Bed sheets were stained. Pillows had a used smell and weren’t really clean. Room/wood accents on the wall condition was poor and dusty. Bathtub was painted and chipping. Would recommend to take a box of Clorox wipes to wipe everything down and bring your own pillows. Breakfast is very low quality and simple. I know it is a reasonable stay but the condition and atmosphere let you feel like you paid too much.

This is the second time we stayed here. This is an older hotel but it’s been extremely well taken care of. It’s clean, bright, friendly and quiet.

The room was nice with space and jacuzzi , could have been a little cleaner, and more accessible to get extra towels or what not.

I was charged extra to get a nonsmoking room They said I had booked for smoking but neither my wife or I smoke

The heater didn’t work at all hardly, after working outside all day in 15 to 20° weather. I had to sleep with my clothing on to stay warm.

Room was nice, spacious and clean. But had probably the worst room location in the hotel. It was the first room straight back from the lobby, only like 15 feet from the front desk so I could hear everyone in the lobby talk. Luckily I had a white noise app on my phone that I was able to drown out the noise while i slept. Breakfast was limited which is fine, but the yogurt I grabbed was expired so I didn't eat it.

Great room. Great people. Close to dining and shopping areas. Good experience.

Needs a little upgrade to the facility and the overall cleanliness of the property that being said the staff is the only thing that is keeping the business going to be honest
