Budapest District VIII-Jozsefvaros Hotels

I booked a room with a high floor city view online but they just gave me a room with low floor garden view. Therefore, I asked them to change the room with a city view for me. They assigned me to a low floor city view this time. I've already given up on the levels of the floor aiming to make everyone's life easier. However, I discovered that the door can't be locked and the sink drains really slow in a speed that is honestly unacceptable in my new room. I was really frustrated to go down to the reception to change a new room again. As a 4 star hotel, I'm absolutely disappointed that they didn't even have the intention to come up to my room and pass me a new room key with apologies but instead, they asked me to go down with all my luggages to pick up a new room key TWICE. Poor service attitude from the reception lady with a long blonde hair and big round eyes, naming ”Cindy”. The room is modern and spacious but the door lock can't function properly still. Plus, there're only TWO complimentary bottles of water per stay (no matter how long your stay is), so it's quite inconvenient that you need to buy the water in the lobby at a higher price or anywhere before you return to the hotel. The location of the hotel is good, there're bus, metro, fast food restaurants, Starbucks nearby with a very nice city landscape.

Fantastic! This stay truly exceeded my expectations. The location is excellent, and the hotel's environment is very pleasant. The facilities are modern and new. It offers a standard comparable to a European 4-star hotel, yet comes at a very affordable price. Highly recommended!

The room is a bit small, so you won't be left with much space to walk around if u have 2 big luggages. The room that I got is a bit smelly, not too sure on the reason. The location is great, with 2 metro lines nearby and walkable distance to many tourists attractions. The front desk/ reception was really friendly and the check in was smooth. Just a small note that there will be an extra city tax that u will need to pay when u check in. As a nice gesture, they also allow me to store my luggages with them after check out.

Beautiful apartments in a great location in Budapest. Extremely clean and tidy. Very comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with all amenities. The underground garage at the location offers the possibility of easy parking if you come by car. Excellent varied breakfast. The best part is the staff. Always smiling and ready to help. Even in the middle of the night. Thank you for the medicine. I don't know how we would get through the night. I will definitely not look elsewhere for my next stay in Budapest.

Excellent service. Fast check in. The room is big and very clean, shower is powerful and good wifi. Heating is Excellent. Breakfast has a good spread and lots of choice for everyone. Located right outside a metro Negatives, breakfast is busy and loud. Elevators take ages.

While you can access synagogues and ruins cafes within 10 minutes on foot, the hotel is a reasonable inn where you can rest slowly in a quiet area. Breakfast was substantial.

This is the first time I have stayed in such a hotel room during my business trips in Europe! The kitchen facilities are complete. If I were not in a hurry, I could really make hot pot in the room with my own ingredients! There is a supermarket and restaurant on the street behind the hotel, as well as a Far East supermarket where you can buy instant noodles and sausages. In short, it is very convenient.

The service attitude is good. It is very close to the subway station. There are many restaurants in front of the door. It is very convenient for eating, transportation, and supermarkets. The breakfast is also good. The room is slightly small, domestic tourists should remember to bring slippers and toothpaste, the hotel does not provide them!

地理位置還是很方便的，4、6電車下來大概五六分鐘，M3大概十來分鐘，每天早飯品種不算很多，但是也是夠了。每天晚上8點前都有咖啡茶水供應，還是很好的，房間裏每天也會打掃，添加涼白開。
