The hotel is very aged and as a five star hotel, no staff are helping on the luggage and one very strange point is there’re stairs at the living floor means u need to moving your belongings up and down which is very challenging for get in. The carpet on floor are pretty dirty and it’s a super tiny room. The staff is polite.

Good central location. Within walking distance to metro. Rooms are clean and looks new. Breakfast spread was decent with fresh fruit juices. Service was great. Highly recommended

The room is nice and bright

The lobby is very European-style. It is about a 15-minute walk from the opera house. You can walk there slowly. There are many famous shops on the road. There are many fast food restaurants such as Starbucks and Burger King nearby. The hotel's breakfast is also good. It is recommended to book it together. The room is very quiet and you won't be woken up when you sleep. Except that the room is a little small and the bed is a little small, everything else is good. The waiter is also very nice and will help you get your bag back if you forget it.

The house is very distinctive, the interior is newly renovated, very clean, the breakfast is good 👍, the staff was very polite and patient the day before yesterday. The location is excellent, in the old town on the Pest side.

Magnificent hotel. Well located, close to the center 10 minutes away, with cafes and restaurants nearby, good service, excellent facilities, soundproofed. Palatial façade and property that further enhances the experience. They had a wonderful touch with us because the bathroom door was blocked and they gave us champagne with chocolate. It's expensive but it's worth it. recommendable
