Terrace is awesome, staff friendly. Vacak the cat is awesome too. This hostel is a great option to spend some time on the island, had a good night sleep and it was clean. Often though staff can be missing from the reception during the stated reception hours, and nearby is more of a party scene with few quality dining options. The 400ft Costa coffee capsules aren't exactly good either, so there is some space for improvement compared to some of the newer hostels in town.

I was nervous because a customer in the review said there was a booking accident, but it was really good. It was a great view to take a break for a day, all the guests and staff were nice, and the facilities were good value for money. It was especially nice to take a walk in the middle of the park. It was somewhat disappointing that there was no convenience store, but we were able to buy some snacks at the reception. Strongly recommended.

I had a very nice and quiet stay on the island. Good and daily cleaning. The 4-people room is quite small but bed very comfy and there is a big terrace and kitchen area where one can sit and chill. Just 10 minutes to both sides of the Donau and the tram from the bridge takes you everywhere you need to go in the city. Pretty view over both sides and the lit buildings in the evening

The staff is really cooperative and always smiling especially Edith was a really good lady. The hostel is really hospitable. The atmosphere is very clean and you may find every necessary item in the hostel. The rooms were clean. Just a little far from city but its really peaceful to live cuz no noise

Its what the best experience ,we had a nice shared room with a beautifull large deck,the view was like a post card every morning and nights,the island is like 2 mns to the bridge with every minute trolleys to the city,the island reminds me of the little central park NYC with the Danube in both sides, the hostel is very clean mornings and nights,the front desk lady is very helpfull ,you can ask her about local restaurant homemade food, i mean i did already my reservation for the summer to see the hungarian day on august20TH , i cant wait to come back,i want to say thank you to the stuff and we will see you on the summer

I WAS ROBBED IN THIS HOSTEL! AVOID THIS PLACE! I left all my groceries in the refrigerator and left to my room just for a couple of minutes it disappeared. I told to staff what happened and they just didn't care. There is a camera pointing right to the refrigerator but they just didn't want to do nothing. Lockers are located below the beds and it is very noisy when someone take their staff, every time you wake up, it's very annoying...The heating was bad, the bathrooms were dirty... THE WORST HOSTEL I'VE EVER STAYED IN!
